Hello guys,

I have done a couple of tests during this year to try to figure out why I having some symptoms.
I just want to share them with everyone along with my symptoms.
I am 28 years old, I haven't been to any doctors yet, and I purchased these on my own.
I'll mention that I do have a porn/masturbation addiction that I am trying to get over, life style is not very healthy as well.

this first blood test was done in February 2016

Testosterone, Serum 469 ng/dL http://www.allthingsmale.com/community/tel:348-1197

Free Testosterone(Direct) 15.0 pg/mL 9.3-26.5

DHEA-Sulfate 541.7 High ug/dL 138.5-475.2

Estradiol 11.3 pg/mL 7.6-42.6

Prostate Specific Ag, Serum 0.8 ng/mL 0.0-4.0

Reverse T3, Serum 18.3 ng/dL 9.2-24.1

TSH 1.580 uIU/mL 0.450-4.500

Thyroxine (T4) 9.6 ug/dL 4.5-12.0

Triiodothyronine,Free,Serum 3.8 pg/mL 2.0-4.4

T4,Free(Direct) 1.18 ng/dL 0.82-1.77

This second test was done this month (July 2016)

Testosterone, Serum 520 ng/dL http://www.allthingsmale.com/community/tel:348-1197

Free Testosterone(Direct) 11.6 pg/mL 9.3-26.5

DHEA-Sulfate 484.3 High ug/dL 138.5-475.2

Estradiol 8.8 pg/mL 7.6-42.6

Prostate Specific Ag, Serum 1 ng/mL 0.0-4.0

Dihydrotestosterone 66 ng/dL 30-85

Prolactin 20.7 High ng/mL 4.0-15.2

Sex Horm Binding Glob, Serum 32.9 nmol/L 16.5-55.9

Free Test and Estradiol are very low, Prolactin is high, which could be causing my issues.

I will list my symptoms really quick.

Smaller Flaccid size
Size will vary from one minute to the other, from hanging low to small and stiff. I believe this is referred to as Hard Flaccid on other boards. I noticed some patterns with this condition, it gets worse when I stand up and move around. It gets better when I lay down and gets even better when I urinate.
Also this condition is better in the morning and worst in the evening. But these patterns are not rules and can be reversed. I am not sure but, I believe that this symptom is due to a combination of a Pelvic Floor that is out of alignment (Pelvic Floor Dysfunction, or CPPS) and messed up neurotransmitters (Norepinephrine?)

Premature Ejaculation, I also think that this is due to Imbalanced pelvic muscles and high Norepinephrine

Longer refractory period, this one keeps getting worse.

Weaker erections

Fat stored around the waist and chest area and puffy nipples, this also could be Gyno

Dark Circles under my eyes, had this one for years.

White tongue even after scraping and brushing it, I am not sure if this is related.

Memory issues and feeling tired all the time

Any input would be greatly appreciated,

thanks in advance.

whats your diet like? believe it or not it can be a big factor in pretty much most of your mentions. even erections man.
give us some examples of your day to day diet and DONT LIE or its of no use. give us say the last few days worth.

also, are you on any meds? and if yes, what exactly?

btw your T seems fine (range wise) but prolac seems high. i wonder if low doses of prami would help. first we need more info, specially if you are on ANY meds , OTC or script like ssri.

Thanks for the response,
Diet is terrible, mostly junk food, processed food, soda, caffeine, and eating late at night. I am also not very active during the day. I sleep between 5-6 hours
I realize that this has to change, I am just trying to gather as much info as possible to have a good approach to this.

I am also not taking any medicine or supplement besides multi vitamins some times.
I think my neurotransmitters are messed up as well.
Things that I have researched so far, are adrenal fatigue, and leptin resistance. But I still have a lot of reading to do.

then it could be diet related. a really bad diet literally makes your cognitive function decline along with the other health issues that can arise body wise.

this is what i would rec supp wise:
keep up on your daily multi ( i rec whole food extracted multi that tend to be 3 a day)
add in also extra vitd and b12 1-2x daily
add in a daily before bed ZMA supp (zinc and magnesium)
add in flaxseed oil 2x daily

what i rec diet wise:
add extra healthy fats to your food, i add olive oil to almost everything.
drink a big glass of water before eating if you tend to over eat in one sitting.
snack on nuts, sure they are high cal but thay are full of good fats and protein and will help you feel fuller for longer.
make sure you eat 2-3 decent meals a day that HALF the plate is atleast veggies ( you can keep it simple for now and boiled frozed carrots and peas in a pot) and 1/4th a starch like potatoes or rice for eg.
and AVOID DRINKING SUGAR!!!! NO POP! or atleast get used to limiting it then swap it for a limited amount of fruit juice.
add in 1-2 protein drinks a day, a simpel one with water is fine and can be a snack with some nuts eatin or peanutbutter mixed in or on something.

and lastly watch this video, its VERY eye opening if you dont actually have the graspt at just how bad HFCS is (which is used in prettymuch all junk food, which you eat, along with pop and even crappy fruit juice , WATCH THE WHOLE THING and let me know what you think, its about 1hr i think>>>>

Yea you do and it's all going to be PSYCHOLOGICAL based on these posts alone!

GTFOOH with all your self help concocted diagnoses such as; low leptin, adrenal fatigue, "hard/flaccid" state (what a crock of shit), Pelvic muscle imbalance, High Norepi, PreMature Ejaculation bla, bla, bla.

Oh and I'll bet Vegas you HAVE already seen several doctors about "your problems" and they have all said the same damn thing you're overweight and depressed!

With respect to the video there is a HUGE difference bt causation and association, and to state URIC ACID (a NORMAL metabolic byproduct) CAUSES HTN is one such example!

Blanket statements of this nature MUST be QUALIFIED, to establish validity in that population at risk, the latter "at risk" category is usually the result of an INHERITED METABOLIC DEFECT, and GOUT is one example mentioned by the author who fails to emphasize the distinction.

All that being said simple carbs ARE a very effective means of becoming fat or remaining obese, for some of the reasons mentioned by the author.

Finally for the author to equate "Fructose" to "Tobacco" or "Alcohol" with respect to toxicity is utterly absurd!

Lustig doesn't need evidence to show causation. He's a magician.

Yea and unfortunately that is one unintended consequence of the "tenured professor".

That's to say some simply become bored with traditional academia and knowing few are willing to challenge even their OPINIONS, become enamored with an "area of interest".

Thereafter many seem to lose sight of the difference bt evidence and non-evidence based "research".

I mean connecting the dots is a much easier task when no one challenges how you got from point A to point B.

yep, soda is the first thing that has to go. I should be able to watch the video later tonight. Thank you

Your total T is up but your Free T went down. Very odd.
Your psa went from .8 to 1.0.
How old are you?

I know! I also find it odd that both my free t and estradiol are both on the low side, while prolactin is high. Not sure what to make of this.

I am 28 yo, 5'8" 175 lbs

lol damn, you've just lost Vegas!
But seriously thanks for the response, i maybe somewhat overweight but I am not depressed.

And denial isn't a huge part of depression, right!

Your problems ARE FUNCTIONAL and all those NORMAL labs prove that point, but those of your ilk continue to "search" for a "cause" other than the obvious which is one reason why you won't improve, DENIAL.

Try another board bc Meso is a mens HEALTH forum, rather than a mens SICKNESS forum. No doubt you don't comprehend the difference!

And those of your "ilk" are great at saying a lot without really saying anything.

I take it back, talking to you is actually depressing.

You have to get up and put forth some effort on your part. I don't know if your depressed or have a chemical imbalance but if so maybe a doc could help you with them issues. Do you work ? That's a big part of depression is not working and having too much time on your hands. I have been laid off work now for five months and it's about to kill me while I am trying to find work. You have to clean up that diet. Find something that will motivate you. And a friend of mine had the white tongue and come to find out it was yeast infection. But yeah bro the old saying you are what you eat is so true. Eat like crap and feel like crap. Eat healthy you will start to feel healthier. Hope it all works out for you bro

1) You got that right and it's a contributor in almost every instance, IME.

3) Surely you realize the OP has been told that not once, twice but on multiple occasions

3) I know it can be subtle but read his post carefully, and that of most depressed folk, as they often follow the same cord ..... bc they want OTHERS to place a fire under their arse and that's why they are here.

The problem, essentially every suggestion we offer will be met with a but, but, but, or a thanks bro yet little changes bc ultimately the onus is on THEM.

How can this be? Many of the OPs ilk are seemingly LOOKING for a reason to fail and use Meso as a last ditch effort for acquiring sympathy!

Been there done that MANY TIMES!
