Well Im on week 2 now of my cycle, no changes yet as expected but I feel ok, my strengths increased a lot over the past week or so though.

This maybe due to the fact that Im more mentally confident knowing the fact that I know I am on a cycle.

I had a bad itchy left nipple today but it was only for a short amount of time, felt like id been bitten kind of itch but I seriously doubt this is anything to do with the OT.

My appetite has increased slightly also.
 
right on bro, i think by the end of this week you should start seeing some muscle gains, and definately some strength gains ... you didnt by chance measure your weight and BF before starting the cycle did you andy?

i didnt measure my BF as i dont know how the best way would be.

i did however measure my bodyweight, 2 weeks ago i was 154, now im 157lbs, my weights tumbled recently cos i had a real bad stomach bug for about 3 weeks where i hardly ate anything which made me loose a few lbs but i managed to get back quickly before it was to late. ive managed to boucne back way quicker than i thought i would.

my strenghts increased very noticably, i dunno wether or not to put it down to the tbol yet.

i was 147lbs last november, im getting there slowly but surely one way or another bro since i went to war with my nutrition big time.

this year, ive seen some real and serious weigh change and progress since nov 2007, im really getting to grips with things i think now.

thing is with me, i loose weight dude quicker than a friggin chocolate fireguard when i get ill from something.

in the next few weeks and with the summer on its way, ive rolled out a few new things for my diet as im going to step up a gear, im gonna reach for 3800-4200 as the minimum intake and push the protein up a min of around 270+g per day

well half way through week 2 of my cycle now, im startin to ache to some tune in some places such as my back and my arms, i think its because ive added a lot more weight to the bars than i usually would, ive grown in size slightly in the last 2 weeks.

ive got another 4 weeks supply so altogether ive got enough dosage for 8weeks now, after week 4 is over, i may bump up the dose to 60mg ED.

i have noticed only a very slight increase in size but a lot more in strengh
 
well this cycles going good, slowly but surely, but as most are aware im looking at doing a proper cycle next year, im starting to wonder now whether this OT cycle im on now is a mistake?

its proof that your first cycle is always your best and after that first cycle, you dont make the progress that you do in your first.

i have made a few improvements on this cycle though, ive upped my breakfast to

2 tspoos peanut butter
1 cup of oats
1 banana
2 scoops of whey protein
6-8 eggs

ive now started having protein shakes when i wakeup in the night instead of water

Im now wondering what impact this is going to have on my cycle next year. hmm........

ive got another 200 tabs of tbol now, and ive upped the dose to 60mg a day.
one things worrying me about the new tabs ive just got in, there a different colour from the first ones i got and i knw the first ones were genuine. I had em checked by loads of people and they are ok. Not sure if this is normal or not.
 
ok panics over about the different colour of my 2nd batch of tbol, the supplier has recently started to make them in a peachy colour because to many peeps mistake them for dbol, i know this for fact, ive checked it out myself, good to know cos if you ever decide to get tbol and its not the proper pink colour your use to seeing, dont worry, this is normal. Ill take some piccys of the new ones so youll know what to look out for.

anyway, ive gained 2 pounds in only about 4 days since bumping up to 60mg only a few days ago, im impressed with this tbol so far, no side effects at all so far, apart from one.

sometimes i get hot flushes and slight blood rushes to the head but its only very minor, this only seems to happen not long after ive taken a 20-30mg dose but it doesnt last long, maybe only a matter of minutes in fact so its nothing to panice about.

It hasnt done wonders for gains in size, but i have gained a good bit of muscle, the gains ive made so far seem to be very solid, very dry and lean rather than bigger in size.

good to hear bro, keep it up ... and dont worry about that your first cycle is your best cycle stuff - my first cycle was good - but i know my upcoming one is gonna be nothing short of kickass ... people only beleive this because as you progress in your quest to build muscle - the path slowly becomes steeper .... your body is a very rigid machine that is resistent to change ... it doesnt like being more musclar than it has to - so the bigger you get the harder it is to gain muscle - some clowns i know - gain 20 pounds every cycle then lose it all then go back on - gain another 20 and go off and then start all over again ... god only knows what wonders thats doing for their hearts :rolleyes: ... this OT cycle will let you gain a few solid pounds of muscle - but your gonna be utterly blown away by your test cycle - you'll feel like a god - the increases in seratonin, your redblood cell count, glycogen, nitrogen retention, protein synthesis - etc etc ... all those things put together just make you feel like the King Kong ....

thx bro, yeh some people wanna do it over night, i know to many guys who have gained that much in a few weeks and come crashin down at the end of there cycle and lost it all, what was the point in ever doing it i say lol.

The more you tell me how amazing my planned test cycle is, the more im tempted to move it forward ggrrrrrr, its like waiting for xmas but better.

id of loved to do it for this year as i go away for 3 weeks on october to thailand. hmm, guess ill have to try hold out till next year.
 
There are TONS of guys that have done that. I know guys that always say, I dont like AAS cause you lose all your size when you come off. Hell, I just met a guy who knows a TON about him, but this dumb ass flat out said, "I wont workout if im not on juice cause theres no point." He then tried to tell me that if there was a reason that I was stupid. So, I let him know that me and all my boys hadnt been on in a few years and to come workout with us and compare himself in physique as well as strength since he was midway through his cycle and thinking he was the shit. I made that guy feel like a bitch. I always wear baggy clothes in the gym so he was calling me fat boy, so I wore a tank top while we did chest and arms and he was feeling dumber every time he opened his mouth. I made sure to call him out to everyone too. Every time he couldnt do half the weight as us or keep up with our pace and need a break, we look around and say" isnt he on juice? why isnt he kicking our ass right now?" That dude got so pissed he just walked away. :D

yeh i know a few er them gimps near me who think there some kinda street punks cos there muscle bound lol, think the juice went to there friggin head more than it did there bodies.

next time they hit the juice, tell em to take the juice that gets served in a bar and not underground eh.
 
week 3 is over now, still on 60mg a day, my definition has got bigger quicker but im having a much more positive on actual visibility of dry gains as to size.

strengh is still going up nicely, added more weight to the bar yesterday, 3kgs more.
developed a few spots on my back but nothing that you could count as acne.

im pushing to near failure now on nearly every excersize, my fatigue levels are still the same but im able to carry on in my next sets and reps no worse off.

diets still on top although it slacks on weekends unfortunately in cals but not protein.

diet overall is still diciplined 5 days throughout the week and i never ever miss one single meal or let any intake boundries slip.

still intaking everyday in the week
250-270g protein daily
3500-4000 cals a day
250-300 carbs

on weekends, i dont make the 3500 cals most of the time, but i religously make up 250g protein no matter what.

have only minor sides but nothing to worry about
