Hello guys,
I am currently thinking of undergoing my first cycle. I am currently 20 years old. Been lifting for approx 3 years now.
My stats are:
172 cm talls - ~75kg - ~12%bodyfat.
My lifts are:
180kg deadlift x 1 rep
120kg bench press x 3 reps
140kg squat x 5 reps
My diet is mostly clean. On a cut I would eat from 140-160grams of protein and up to 200grams of carbs. The only supplements I use are protein powder (if needed to fill up protein for the day) and preworkout. I lift 5 times a week (would go for 6 if I have rested well and ate a bit more food than usual).
For my first cycle I am thinking about:
1) Winstrol 50mg/daily
OR
2) Test E 250mg/week
As I am new to this and young I don't want to go for big dosages or mixing multiple steroids at once, I want to try a single thing at a time to see how my body reacts to it. If you got anything different in mind for a first cycle feel free to share. Also if anybody had done anything similar to this cycle feel free to share your info of what I should expect, how much strength and muscle mass should i expect etc.
