I love milk. I actually crave it at times but lately my backne has been ridiculous and I wonder if cutting it would keep acne at bay. Would be worth a try but it would be very difficult for me. My protein shakes will taste like absolute shit without milk. Maybe substitute with almond milk or ???

Back in the day when I tried the gallon of milk everyday shit, my acne was absolutely fucking terrible! Hell yea it'll flare that shit rt up!!
