Myostatin Inhibitors, current drug development pipeline (Graphic).

Taldefgrobep Alpha is the most promising and affordable of all of them. The others except BGE-105 are very expensive because they are monoclonal antibodies.

Taldefgrobep Alfa can already be bought or manufactured. I am currently communicating with Chinese laboratories to start producing and selling it in bulk. Hopefully it will become more widely known next year.

Tracy @Qingdao Sigma Chemicals will probably have kits on a promo before you see the first vial. lol

Damn. Following that closely.

Motherfkrs chafing at the bit to trade plates for a muscle building drug hahah. Who's the "lazy fattie" now :)

Two mice, both ate and lounged around the cage all day. Which had myostatin inhibited?

Update the thread whenever more about the Taldefgrobep coming out. I've beem interested in it since learning about it a couple of months ago.

You are not the only one who is very interested and the number of people is increasing. QSC does not want to produce this product, or rather I have not been able to contact Tracy, she does not respond to email and through her agents without success either.
Sigma Adley has responded to me but at the moment they are unable or unwilling to produce this substance.

And now I am communicating with Uther P. and it seems they would produce it for us, now it depends on what the interest is and how many people sign up.

It's not about the interest it's more about can they really produce the real deal?

We'll find out after third-party testing.

SLU-PP-332 has no human studies and is popular. Why shouldn't this substance be when it has several years of human studies behind it?

Makes sense but does it work? I mean if it worked why everyone isn't using it?

If it didn't work, it wouldn't have made it into the phase 3 trial, which ended this year and will announce results next January and the drug will go into production.
At the same time, they have started another clinical trial this year in combination with semaglutide which also promises good results and efficacy in the first phase.

If you look at the similar substance Apitegromab, you can see that they have successfully completed the last phase 3 a month ago and are now in talks for production next year.
They've also started further studies with a combination with semaglutide.
That says something that this combination or use of it will be in high demand in the future, well it already is.

"Promising" it might be, but the trials are still quite limited, from what I have seen.
They may end up being effective when used to target a certain condition, for which they are being studied, but not so much for individuals who are unaffected, for example.

Previous studies have reported underwhelming final results, for similar substances.
The latest studies you mention have not been conducted independently, so far.
Maybe you know otherwise.
Let's see what they bring, in the end.
I am not sure they know, exactly, how to exploit the mechanisms that may make these substances work and/or whether they can be applied more widely than investigated.

Didn't you say you can already buy it and manufacture it?

Where can you buy it? If it's still in trial

There are many GLP1s "still in trial" but we can get right here on Meso.

Being "still in trial" has nothing to do with a compound's availability. There are some that aren't even in trial yet but we can still get them here.

Yes I very well know but he worded it like it was available on legit website not underground market

There might be a rather large cohort of people that would sit on the asses all day, every day if they could inject something that would allow them to and not be a disgusting land whale.

However, some of us workout because we enjoy it and it’s a deeply ingrained part of who we are. If you took away training and nutrition I would be lost and my life would lose a significant amount of it’s purpose.

From a public health standpoint, I am quite happy drugs exist for fat people who are unwilling to put in any work or effort. Rates of chronic disease are out of control. But none of that changes a thing for those of us who put our heart and soul into training. This forum exists because of people who champion this mindset.
I think this isn't a great take regarding unwillingness to put in work and effort. I myself work out 1.5 hours a day 6 days a week on top of 20 mins of cardio a day. I eat pretty healthy, high volume low calorie foods (like a lot of vegetables) along with lots of protein, etc. It does help incredibly but I just couldn't lose weight past 30-31bmi. If I tried to eat less, the hunger would be so intense I'd spiral out in thoughts about food and end up eating anyway (albeit healthy food). I was simply unable to eat under a certain volume.

You can fix your diet and exercise but you simply can't outrun hunger and some of us are born hungrier. Glp1 meds have allowed me to eat a normal persons amount of food while maintaining my healthy lifestyle and have brought me to a much better place physically and mentally. It's erroneous to blame peoples willpower for the inability to lose weight past a point (although everyone can see some change being healthier).

FYI, you are replying to someone who was exposed as a fraud.
Not around anymore.
Hallelujah

He really made a persona eh, I even believed he had a YouTube channel and asked him lol.

I remember back in the 2000’s when a buck fifty guys were masquerading as vets and were debating with the likes of Dante Truddel, Justin Harris and Hernon over at the other forums; only to get exposed as frauds that they are.
