Im going to start taking NAD+ before training to see if it will give me more energy in the gym. Whats a good starting dose for this and is this the best peptide to give me more energy while training?

I have enjoyed the NAD+ for helping with energy levels. I usually pin it first thing in the morning while still fasted. why do I need to take these things with it?it’s good shit. just make sure you’re taking TMG and SAMe while you’re on it.
To keep the bodys' methylation cycles in check. I would only take one or the other preferably TMG to prevent over methylation of the body. Unless you have an MTHFR mutation you might not need the TMG or SAMe. Im no expert, this is just some info I've come across in researching NAD+ cause it's a pep I'm gonna start taking.why do I need to take these things with it?
