Curious: how much do you expect to gain when you're bulking naturally? Say @500 calorie surplus... I understand gains differ at different points in your training so could u clarify how long you've been lifting as well. My weight, and size gain has recently slowed and I don't know if I miscalculated my TDEE and just need more clean calories or if my body is just adapting to the stresses of my workouts or what. I'm 24, about the biggest I've ever been at 180lbs, started @160 5 months ago. Eating 3k-3.5k clean calories, could def be better about logging macros but I'm on top of protien intake @180-200g daily. Idk about body fat, around 15% I guess, upper and lower body striations but got some fat on stomach and loves. I do a pull/legs/push/rest routine based around compound lifts. I like to stay in the 3-6 rep range with about 20 sets workout. So how do y'all natty gain on bulk and what can I do to keep gains comin? Thx meso community
