neck / traps

If you do uprights with an ez (cambered) bar, you should use a pronated grip and grasp the bar on the outside of the "v" or wherever is the most comfortable for you.

and thanx boys, im gonig to start doing my deadlifts in a couple hours. i hjave been readin how to do em properly, i dont want to throw my back.

whqats better for upper traps? sumo, regular, or stiff leg, dead lifts?
