need advice with blood work. trt help

I was on cycle for about a year during this cycle I ran deca, tren, I was using one or the other and on atleast 250mg of test the entire year. I had to come off unexpected my last injection was march 2nd. I took about 15000 iu of hcg over the next 3 weeks and started clomid tamoxifen and proviron at 4 or 5 weeks.

got blood work 2 weeks ago:

bloodwork:
cholesterol total : 226 mg/dl
HDL : 43 mg/dl
LDL: 167 mg/dl
CHOL/HDLC ratio: 5.3
NON HDL Cholesterol:183 mg/dl

UREA NITROGEN: 26 mg/dl
CREATININE: 1.47

red blood cell count: 5.83 million/ul
hemoglobin 18.2 g/dl
hematocrit 53.3%

testosterone: 81 ng/dl

so I know the cholesterol is bad. the hematocrit/hemoglobin isnt so bad considering i didnt give blood the entire year. didnt take much aspirin or ip6 either.
im in my 30s and this guy prescribed me a statin to lower my cholesterol, dont know how serious this is if i should bother with that or this old indian guy is trying to fuck me. I wanted to try to get trt aswell and he set me up an appointment with an endocronologist. I dont know if they will test me again before that i was on tren so long i know my test is going to be low for a while my libidio is only just starting to come back. What do i say to him so i can just get trt and not have them do a bunch of tests on me to figure out the obvious? any advice greatly appreciated thank you

triglycerides was only 67 mg/dl btw I only put up abnormal values. been doing some reading it seems the cholesterol isnt that bad considering I was on for a year and on tren for 4 months previous. doctor doesnt know that so everythings good im not going to take a statin. going to pct another 2-3 months see what my test comes back to try to get trt. thanks anyway guys i found the info thanks -thread closed-
