Need help breaking thru Plateau

Ok bros,
seems like I hit a plateau as far as gaining more lean body mass while on
my last 2 cycles. can't seem to get over the 250lbs mark!last cycle was a 12 weeker of Test E at 750mg per week and EQ at 500mg per week.This cycle Test Prop 500mg/Tren 400mg/EQ 500mg per week for 6 weeks then 600mg Test Prop/600mg Nandrolone phenylprop per week for next 6 weeks.Currently 6ft-242lbs training for 10+ years eating fairly clean 4000to 5000 cal per day, training 4x per week each body part 1 x per week.Appreciate any insite
ps.. been juicing for 3 years
 
Are you forgetting a body part? Unless you are combining back/bi's chest/tri's I don't see the 4 days of training per one body part. I just woke up when posting this so maybe I'm still half awake in not understanding this. Anyhow, what is your protein intake to carb intake? Do you just want to add weight or quality muscle? I'd say if you hit a peak, you need to change your excercise routine up. Also, are you weightlifting or bodybuilding? There is a huge difference in the two. At first, bodybuilding concentrates on the movements more so than "heavy ass weights."

write down every thing you eat for 2 weeks portion, times, everything
you would be amazed how many people are mistaken on what they eat in callories not to mention every bit of muscle you gain raises your cal . requierments do this and i assure you it will give you some insight

eating clean and getting in 5000 cal. is hard work

also you wont hear many people hear admit this but anabolics
will make up for mistakes in training and diet ..big time
so your answers wont be in any anabolics forums but training and diet ....
 
For your height, you should still be gaining. Albeit slowly as the closer you get to your maximum size, the slower the gains come. Working out 4 times/week may not be enough. Also, you're undoubtedly not eating enough for your size and to continue growing.

Your answer lies in a combination of training and diet.
