Need help puffy nipples

I was on test e for 2 weeks at 500mg a week and got puffy nipples. Was taking .25mg arrimidex EOD. I decided to stop cycle because possibly getting gyno isnt worth the cyle to me. Ive been on .5mg arrimidex and 20mg novladex for about 5 or 6 days but the puffy nipples havent gone away. Is my arrimidex and novladex faked? Or does it just take a while for it too go away. Its been 5 days since my last 250mg pin

Developing true gynecomastia in two weeks is highly unlikely.
Unless you have pharma ancillaries from a reliable source theres a good chance the nolva and arimidex are fake.
Also lay off the winstrol. It's clear you have no clue what youre actually doing.

More than likely yes. But when it comes to altering your bodies natural hormonal environment, I'd go as far as to say nothing is guaranteed.

Should i get to doc and get blood test to see where i'm at? Why do i tell him i want it tested. Sorry these questions sound like noob questions but just help please. Libido has also been decreased

Bloods are your only friend in this scenario @Big Daddy6969. Your symptoms are that of a hormone imbalance. In 6 days, real nolva should have reduced the puffy nip a bit if not completely. It always has for me.

What lab is your Nolva/adex?

Try doubling your dose of nolva. If no change you know it's bunk.

Tell the doc you're feeling tired all the time, no energy, even depressed. Don't mention the gyno, or the test. Just say something that would warrant having bloods checked as a precaution.

They don't test for what substance you're putting into you, just a panel of your bodies values and hormone levels. So correct, it will only show high/low E2 and high/low test. It will not say you were taking gear. Once he tells you the results you say thank you and do what you have to do with your new found knowledge.

I know to stop cycling now. But the fact that they r puffy and my libido is down indicates that my estrogen is high, which is why im worrying

Search around this site a little. You will find a thread about getting your bloods done at a clinic for cheap. No doctor involved. I guess it depends on what state you're in, but many people have no problem, myself included in CA. Fuck it, here you go: How to Get Your Blood Work Done for $50

You definitely need blood tests. Stop all juice for the test.
Is your Arimidex real? Lots of fakes these days

No matter what your T or E2 used to be, you need to know what's going on NOW. Hence bloods.

You may actually have LOW estrogen from low Testosterone.
Even with low E2 you can have puffy nips from low DHT (from low T) as it opposes E2.

Personally I'd try 2.5 mg Letro a WEEK
as studies show Letro is better than anything else in reducing TISSUE estrogen, an effect that will not show in a normal blood test.

Just can't get puffy nips in 2 weeks
However puffy nips don't always mean giant aureolas
As long as you can feel spongy tissue as opposed to hard muscle under your nips, you can have puffy nips.
Especially if they look kind of pointy.

You know the aerola changes shape due to hormones, temperature, and sexual stimulation...... they get bigger/smaller during the day..... sometimes people start overanalyzing stuff they normally don't focus on (psychological)

Just making sure you know there is a difference between Nipples, and aerola's.

To fully reduce puffy nipples you:

1 Will need an Aromatase Inhibitor to drop Estradiol to low-normal levels
don't totally suppress Estradiol because you'll feel like shit

2 (optional) add low dose SERM like Nolva
be aware that fully reversing puffy nipples may take several months, and long term SERM can cause nasty side-effects

3 some have added DHT-like steroid
like Proviron or Mast, they may suppress your natural Testosterone

4 be aware that it's possible that none of the above MIGHT work for you
thus needing surgery or at least breast liposuction
