Need help with an overtraining bicep injury

So my right bicep still hurts after 3 weeks off. I typically do arms to complete failure and I just didn't seem to bounce back this time.

Any suggestions for rehab/recovery?
 
Ice and heat, heat and ice. I'm dealing with a similar problem with my right arm, I couldn't curl a 35lb dumbbell without pain. Ice and heat def helped I was back to normal after a couple weeks. I believe it's tendinitis, I don't have insurance so x-rays and MRI' s are going to have to wait. It still flares up after heavy barbell curls. If you can, go to the doc.
