Need help with my sleep stack.

Not sure if this is the right thread to post this or not:

So I take:
770mg of valerian root extract
3mg of private prescription melatonin tablet
50mg melatonin patch
1000mg cbd full extract
1500mg of ashwagandha

Was wondering weather or not all this is too much or not and weather or not there is anything I can add, remover or replace to make this better?

I take these all the time and don't seem to get any withdrawal effects when I stop taking any of these.

Help and advice would be greatly appreciated to make this much better, especially long term.

I also wear blue light blocking glasses an hour before bed.

Making it cheaper would be also very appreciated.

Also could you link the thread that has been exhaustively discussed about this?

I was just mentioning my protocol and weather or not it's over the top or not and if I'm going to be fine running that 10 years down the line?

Claims for melatonin are OK and those for CBD are not great. The rest are poor. Cool if you get a placebo effect tho.

I also wear blue light blocking glasses an hour before bed.

Claims on blue blockers and sleep hygiene in general are pretty good.

Look into CBT-i. It has the most support for long-term improvements in sleep quality.

Melatonin 100% works and not placebo because I have autism and patterns of melatonin secretion are irregular in my brain pathways unfortunately due to my disability.

When I took 3mg for the first time it almost made me fall down the stairs and struggled to get too bed lol and find it strong asf.

Has a very strong effect on me, however I think if you don't have any issues with your brain and melatonin then for some it won't do anything or very little.

from my understanding all the melatonin is doing it putting it to the same levels as someone who is neurotypical for me.

CBD full extract I can't tell if it does anything to improve sleep, however noticed it does give me dreams everytime I take it and have experimented with this a lot to see weather or not it's placebo.

I mainly take it for dreams.

Blue light blocking glasses an hour before bed helps me sleep better, sleep hygiene I don't know a lot about.
 
My jealousy of people like you knows no fucking bounds. My girl lays down and is dead to the universe in like 5 seconds. It’s a god damn complex operation to get my ass to sleep.
It's a curse and a blessing. It's a curse cause I cant stay awake, it's a blessing cause I can sleep whenever and where ever ahahaha
