Ok so my father in law is recovering from a floating knee cap which has pretty much immobilized him. Hes in his early 50s and id say hes over 300 pounds. Before it happened he already was quite over weight but now that he can't walk the pounds are really stacking up. I want to make him a workout routine he can do at home sitting in a chair to help with weight loss. I was thinking some kind of hiit circuit or maybe some kind of tabata training. Any ideas as my better half has become quite concerned about the weight and the impeding health issues that can cone of it.
