Need some advice on a bad shot

Not sure if I'm dealing with an infection or user error...

New years Day I did a 2ml shot in my glute, I did go a tad lower than usual maybe almost lower center of my butt cheek. The compound I use normally knots me up a bit and I experience some inflammation / pip so I didn't think much of it.

As time progressed I noticed I had a tangerine sized lump that wouldn't go away that I'm not sure is in the muscle or oil that possibly leaked out.

Tried draining it and ended up pulling out nearly 21ml of what looks like blood....

Is it possible I blew through a vein and it's coupled with a possible SubQ leak that's not going away? It feels spongy to the touch.

No symptoms of fever, chills, definitely fatigue and persistent pain the first week or so. I ordered doxycycline and cephalexin from TelyRX and have been on both for around 5 days with no visible reduction in shrinkage.

I'm really dreading having to go to the ER as I've had bad experiences in the past with judgemental medical professionals..

Maybe a sterile abscess caused by a shallow injection more common with the large amount of fat usually present in central glute area. I’d take the antibiotic and drain again. Just ensure you do it very shallow so you don’t risk hitting your sciatic nerve, as this was already a stupid spot to inject for multiple reasons.

Antibiotics for several days and 100% you still have other fluid deeper, you will not be able to drain it with normal instruments such as syringes; evaluate what is important, in the hospital with an x-ray they can immediately see if you still have other fluid deeper, it is not healthy to keep it inside the muscle

It's possible that you hit one of the arteries ? they are lower in the glutes - look up ' anatomy of blood vessels in leg' - there are some pressure in these mf'ers, did it bleed when you did the initial injection?
Did you have difficulty breathing after the shot ?

I hit a vessel a couple of times, I go in a 'tren-cough' like state, can not breathe, laying down just coughing for 3-4 minutes...

Yes to both and I do remember getting some wicked cough but figured it was from the Tren.

I also take a lot of supplements that thin the blood so I'm sure that didn't help.
