Need some dieting help

I am currently 6'4, around 220lbs. I do not have an accurate way to measure BMI so I currently dont know what it is. I am guessing it is somewhere around 15-18 because there is definition in my arms but feel like I am carrying around extra weight.

Here is the question, I am starting my first cycle ever in 3 months after summer is over, I would start now, but almost feel like it would be wasted without getting down to around 10-12 BMI first.

I have been working out since I was in middle school but not heavy and properly until junior year of highschool (17 years of age) I am now 19 and am going to stack sustanon and deca with the appropriate PCT.

Can anyone give me an idea of how to shred fast this next 3 months in a healthy way, I will be working out twice a day, 45 minutes of cardio in the morning, weight training in the evening with cardio right after weights for another 20-30mins.

What should my diet look like, obviously I know the basics, such as no junk food and fast food, no carbonated drinks, stay away from beer (which wil be hard haha) But I do not know the exact breakdown, am I suppose to get 1-1.5grams of protein for each pound I when cutting?

Any suggestions with anything will be very much appreciated, remember I am not looking for cycles until after I am in the 10-12 BMI range, and dont really trust "fat burning" pills. Thanks
 
First you need to greatly reduce your carb intake for 2 weeks. You should do some research on Keto type diets, it Basically gets your body burnig its fat stores as energy.

You could read the book Metabolic Diet. The Metabolic Diet

You need to follow this way of eating very strictly but once your in ketosis you will shed body fat quickly. Just remember to drink alot of water.
 
I totally agree with billy it is the best diet for such a short amount of time. The keto diet doesnt start to truly "kick in " efficiently until about 2 weeks in. But you will lose a ton of water weight inthat time. Atkins is actually a keto diet in its first and second phase...if you know anything about Atkins The website Atkins.com has helped me figure out what I can eat when I get bored.
the basics of keto is to keep total net carbs under 30-35 grams..this doesnt include fiber for the day.
