Looks like a girls diet
The meals a too far between.Your metabolism is going to slow down,so you wont burn much fat, but you still dont have enough food to grow any muscle?
If I eat like that I wont look like a weeny

well ill tell ya one thing i aint no weeny im 6ft3 sitting at 240 pounds.....and my goal is to lean up ...............ps why dont u suggest something or some changes on my diet ...other then making me feel like shit like your supposed to be helping us out here fuck someppl piss me off

like dont get me wrong im not a asshole im actually a pretty nice guy but when you try to make me feel like shit when i come to this forum for help like come on now ...im a bb looking for some advice thats all

Thats all right I just like to give people a bit of shit,see how they react,see if they have any grit.

There is a couple of things I think you may be able to improve upon.

I think your meals are to far between and your protein intake too low.
Your metabolism may be running to slow with meals so far apart.I don't believe Protein shakes are a good meal/snake when dieting, they increase the blood sugar levels with their super fast absorbed proteins.

Change out as many carbs for good oils as possible,that way you can train your body to utilize fats as it's primary energy source.

This is my fat burning diet -

Cardio day {every other day}

Breakfast - 5 fried eggs {olive oil} one egg yoke
3 x fish oils
10 mixed nuts

meal 2 - 1/2 cup mixed veges {microwaved}
100gm tuna or mackerel {yields around 30gm protein}
3 x fish oil

meal 3 - 1/2 cup mixed veges {microwaved}
100gm tuna or mackerel {yields around 30gm protein}
3 x fish oil
10 mixed nuts

meal 4 - 1/2 cup mixed veges {microwaved}
100gm tuna or mackerel {yields around 30gm protein}
3 x fish oil

meal 5 -1/2 cup mixed veges {microwaved}
100gm tuna or mackerel {yields around 30gm protein}
3 x fish oil
10 mixed nuts

meal 6 - 1/2 cup mixed veges {microwaved}
100gm tuna or mackerel {yields around 30gm protein}
3 x fish oil

meal 7 - 1/2 cup mixed veges {microwaved}
Steak or Chicken
3 x fish oil
10 mixed nuts

meal 8 - 1/2 cup mixed veges {microwaved}
100gm tuna or mackerel {yields around 30gm protein}
3 x fish oil

Weight training day[every other day}

Same as above except preworkout meal is a protein shake with two pieces of toast {oatbran & honey}with jam and honey.
Post workout meal = Protein shake with low fat ice cream two pieces of oatbran & honey toast {dry}

Then back to strict no carb diet.

Meals are small and low cal,protein intake is more frequent and high enough to support muscle anabolism.Body is trained to use fats as primary energy source.Blood sugar levels are low.Insulin sensitivity is high,to support shuttling of nutrients into muscles with pre and post workout meals.
