Okay guys, I'm experiencing some pain and weakness in various muscle groups. I've tried several things to alleviate it. Nothing has worked. I have pain in my trap region, biceps, thighs and calves. Weakness is occurring in all areas. I'm running some test and still staying weaker than I've ever been. I fear I may have something major going on. I'm seeking some type of guidance and suggestion to why this is happening. I'm so disappointed my strength is poor.

How much is "some" test? Running anything along with it? Had any blood work done recently? Way too vague description of symptoms to give anything but generalities.

Lastly, have you considered seeing an actual doctor if shit's bothering you this bad? Just a thought.

Guidance: Find a physician, get an assessment, have some blood work done and adjust accordingly. It may be overtraining or something far more pathological. No one can say without diagnostics

Are you dieting?

How often are you lifting / how much rest are you getting?

Thank you all for the comments. Yes, I get blood work done every 6 months. Presently, I'm taking Cypionate 600-800mg per week, nothing else. Been on for about 5 weeks. However, this problem I'm having has been with me for about 8 months. I just don't have that "pop" that makes me feel like I'm getting some progress. My hip flexors burn every time I walk, my chest strength has dropped considerably, and I get fatigued quickly. Hip flexors hurt so bad I chose to minimize my walking. I'm not overtraining, not dieting, and I do not drink any alcohol. I sleep really well. And I do not force myself to get up early.
I'm just really concerned because years past I have seen great strength gains and feel that "pop" that gives me a feeling of accomplishment.
Done many, I mean a lot, of various cycles since 1980. Could my adrenals be just plain burned/played out? I'm fearing there is a deep underlying health problem. Blood work being done in 3 weeks. I'll ask to get all things checked, I.e. Thyroid, vitamin and mineral deficiency, and get a PSA check. Missing anything?
If you guys can think of anything I'm missing, please chime in.

That's a pretty hefty dose of test. Are you taking an AI with it? If so, pharm or research chem, and how much/often?

"600-800". Which is it? No ai, no bloodwork. You don't have a clue what you're doing.

You shouldn't jump to that assumption. You don't know me. Yes, no AI and 600-800 is 200mg every other day. Plus I did say I get blood work done every 6 months. How many years experience do you have?

I don't want to turn this into an insult fest. 200 eod is called 700. That makes it much more clear.

I am an old guy, so let's not get into that.

Blood every 6 months is useless. You need bloods half way through your cycle to know what your e2 and t levels are. This is AAS 101.

Okay, can only afford work every six months. I'm old too, 59. Yes, I make mistakes, some are intentional. Insults? Did I insult you? I don't believe so.
Anyway, thanks for the input about e2.

You didn't insult me at all. I just wanted to make sure it didn't go there. Meso tends to go off the deep end sometimes.

Not a hefty dose compared to what I have been taking. And no AI this time.

All things considered, edging up on close to a gram of test per week is pretty hefty unless you're a competitor of some kind. It may have nothing to do with the run down feelings, but I know I wouldn't be able to run upwards of 800mg of test per week without an AI.

Any other health conditions you know of? Thyroid, depression, diabetes, etc? All of those can cause symptoms similar to what you're describing.

Regardless, you should at the very least get bloodwork done to see if anything stands out. Seeing a physician would be a better option. You're going to get mostly conjecture from an internet forum with the symptoms you have.

As I said earlier, I'm getting blood work done in 3 weeks. As I dwell on this misery I'm thinking all this rundown feeling is a result of aging. Maybe my end is near. If so, I'm going down doing what I love. You guys be diligent with everything.

Got the blood work done and I have Lactic Acidosis. Anyone please give me some path to take.
All the doctor said was I'm training too intensely. Duh!

Did the doc run a CPK? When does he want to run more labs? I would take doctors advice and back off of the training, at least lower the intensity and frequency. Actually, I would take 6-8 weeks off.
