This mite sound crazy, but using TNE on my leg day has made my legs blow up fast. They are strong as fuck too. Not only my legs but my glutes too. I have literally grown out of my underwear the last 6 weeks.
315-325 lbs 5x5 squats
14 plate leg press 10-15 reps
5x20 leg extensions
5x20 hammy curls
Real basic leg routine. I consume lots of food everyday, but I really go all out on leg day. I think TNE enhances my protien synth witch makes my legs and glutes grow fast. Just my 2 cents

It really is! I'm so happy with the mass I'm putting on my legs and glutes. I'm serious when I say I grew outa my underwear in the last 6 weeks. My fuck'n boxers are skin tite now! My legs are the strongest they have ever been too. I'm try'n to have quads like @koratTNE is the shit when it comes to adding strength and mass

Aye good morning! No problem on the advice brother. I like it when people put a lot of time and effort into building some strong legs. Seeing this thread afforded me an opportunity to share my story of some recent size and strength gains in my legs. I see you are a very busy man! I like your style. No time for sleep. As you and I both know, sleep is the cousin of death. Thier will be plenty of time for that later in life. I gotta tip my hat to you for riding your bike so much. Not only that, you still crush your workouts! I also can relate to having to tend to plants. Lots of them! And big outdoor ones at that. I'm a full time dad rite now too.Thanks for the advice @Frank the tank 456. Have been hitting legs twice a week for the last month.
My leg workout today was similar to yours. Pretty basic also but I threw in calf raises.
I am starting to put up more weight and I am not as sore as when I started.
I really need to work on technique.
I have never had a workout partner/ trainer/ teacher or whatever.
I have been winging it the last three years that I have been lifting.
But I am tired!!
I use my legs a lot.
I walk my dog a couple miles a day.
Ride my bike to the gym and back home another couple miles. Then I ride my bike to work, where I am in my feet running around for 8 hours, then ride back home at three thirty in the morning .
I do this 5-6 days a week and the I have another part time job also.
But that's tending to marijuana plants during the day and not to labor intensive.
Then there is trying to find time for my girl so she not pissed and bitchy!

To answer your questions about the TNE. I run 1ml @ 100mg/ml. Some people go 1.5 ml. I'm good at 100mg. Sides for are oily skin and puffy nips. I got plenty of pharm grade adex and nolva on hand for it. I'm at .25 mg adex EOD rite now anyway. At times I increase while on TNE. It makes my facial hair grow faster too. Not really a big deal tho IMO. I like the endurance I get from it. That's one of the main reasons I use. I'm about 6 weeks in using it and have noticed dramatic growth in my legs and glutes. The whole time I been using it for endurance and then I started noticing the MASS I was gaining. I pretty much use it only on leg day now. I'm try'n to live by,the less AAS the better,type of thinking. Hope this helps you bro! Feel free to hit me up anytime about it if you have more question...

I talked to BD about it and he gave me a great deal on his USP prop 100. He's allways been good to me. He's been in the game for years too. I'm gonna start the prop 100 Sunday nite to finish my last 3 weeks of cycle. I would not worry to much about sides from the TNE. Unless you planned on using it every day you will be fine. Like I said, for me once a week to help my legs grow is golden. I think you would like it. So you are liking the prop? Can't wait, I'm bout to start mine.That again Frank.
I am running some of BD's Prop and Var right now and I am really happy with the results so far.
Has anybody lab max BD var before?
I was actually thinking about placing another order today for some more Prop and maybe more more Var to stretch my cycle to 14 weeks.
I have also contiplated ordering some sort of long estered test to experiment with a cruise dose for a few months, but not sure what to get and not sure if that's the road I want to go down yet.
I am going to be 43 in December.
So I am not getting any younger and I am not sure my girl can handle not getting fucked for 6-8 weeks while my dick isn't working during Pct.
Though everything is in order to pct.
I started this cycle with a gyno flare that went away after the first week.
Since then have been running running .75 mg of adex a week with no problems.

Yea I have been going with higher volume 5 x 12-15.Higher volume squats. Four sets of 8 ain't shit man! Torture yourself in the squat rack and you'll see the progress.
If I was to do a TRT protocol I would use test cyp. I'm not really sure when you would start it. Not sure on a TRT dose, but from the research I have done leads me to believe 200 250 mg a week. Some mite even do that every 10 to 14 days. Just think about it long and hard before you go down that road. Have you talked to your girl about it? My girl was totes against itI am running the USP prop 100.
Only had pip the first week of shots.
I am cutting it with gso and everything has been gtg since.
Started with 400 mg a week and now I am up to 550-600 mg a week.
I am almost done week six and I have about 30 ml left so I was going to order one more to stretch out my cycle.

I am not sure if the slight lethargy that I have is from that or that I am just a little burned out, not sure?
