Need to Drop GF's weight/BF

KK it goes like this bro's. I seen my ex-GF the other night and low and behold she musta put on 15-20 Lb's since I last saw her(1year or so). Now being the gentleman that I am..cough...cough. I wanna try and help her out. She does go to the gym, so I just need to motivate her a bit. I see it like this.

I was thinking of putting her on a 2 week clen cycle. Now she has never done any AAs's or supplements beyond hydroxycut. In my effort to motivate her I'm trying to come up with some realistic goals. If she keeps a good diet and worksout/cardio, what could she expect for results? I mean wodl she drop say 5-10lb's and maybe a coupla %'s BF with this setup? I personally have never done a clen cycle so It's hard to determine results for her. Thanks all any help is appreciated.

Her stats:
5'0" 28yrs old
ballpark 130 lb's
ballpark 15-18% BF

LOL and yes I know the easy way would be to just invest in a smaller girl :) But like I said I'm trying to be a gentleman. deeBO
 
nothing worse than walking around with a fat ass gf..

get her some ephdra hcl too and caffeine pills---cycle the clen



if she is really nast get her some dnp and feed her 1000 mg a day..

that way you can get rid of her perm. and walk away without

hurting her feelings.---just make sure you she leaves you are valuables :D
 
I say fuck the Clen, Eph etc... Get her diet straight, up the resistance training and triple the cardio. Make her earn the loss.... She should drop the pounds rather quickly if she puts forth the effort and starts to see results..... Don't worry though, once she is looking good again she will leave you as she did before.......

That is kinda funny :) Weird thing is every GF I break up with, when I see them a year or so later they look like shiznit. Hven't figured that one out, cause every time I break-up I lift-harder and always end up lookin better and better....Hell at this rate I'll be a friggin model in another year. And whoever said breakin up is hard to do..LMAO.

Guess the whole deal is I really am tryin to be a friend to the current Lady. Hate to see anyone down in the dumps, tryin to boost her confidence nd help her get her Life back on track. Blah Blah Blah BLah! Anyone ever watch charlie brown :) ?? Thanks all. deeBO

15-18% is pretty lean for a girl. what do you mean by "good diet and cardio?"
clen is arguably not as good as ECA. if you absolutely HAVE to do the clen route, make sure you have all the proper supplements like taurine and antioxidants. why dont you outline her diet and cardio? heck you could lose 20lbs of pure fat with a proper nutrition and cardio plan in no time at all.
