If you really want to burn some fat do hiit on the stair stepper for at least 10 mins. Or you can set the treadmill on an incline of at least 3, preferably 5, and interval train for another 10 mins. I've been doing sprints up a steep hill lately. You can burn as many calories in 20 mins doing this as an hour doing regular cardio.
 
Thx bro, I set it on fat burn, level 5. This does major up and down. I also set the speed between 3.5 amd 5.5. In 10 min im burning 120 + calories. Then im constantly moving, jogging between sets. Doing drop sets and sweating like a hostage!! Thx bro bro!!
 
A lot of people will argue this idea.. but before I ever used gear I had decent results from spending a few weeks here and there eating maintenance cals but still training hard to balance out body composition while ultimately working towards growing.. I don't like to diet, it seems counterproductive when you're ultimately trying to get bigger

Like I said when I started this post I jump the gun as I was out of shape and overweight when I started this run. Got me putting on muscle if you want to peek I have some pictures up. I lost 5 pounds as of yesterday I've had sort of a shitty appetite this week and I am guessing from the tren. Thx bro, next run ill def cut b4 starting.
 
I shocked my body to loose about 8lb in 2weeks I drank 2gallon of water and at tuna and steamed veggies 5 times a day for 3 day then 1 1/2 gallon of water for 2 days and ate turkey or chicken breast with veggies and on the weekend I'll have some carbs sweat potatoes, oat brown rice with turkey breast
Monday Tuesday wed. I ate tuna and veggies and 2 gallon of water through out the day

Thursday and Friday turkey or chicken breast with veggies and 1 1/2 gallon of water through out the day

Saturday Sunday had my carb brown rice with turkey or chicken or sweat potatoes with 1 gallon of water repeat Monday

Its only for 2 week it shocks your body. Your body won't know what hit it you gonna piss like a horse and shit but it all natural then go back to your regular routine it helped me

Lol, I figured you would rather be tightening than loosing ;) try some clen or dnp to get your metabolism up... just be careful with that shit
