Mate, this sounds like your wife doesn't trust you if she prefer someone else advice over yours, show her you're smart in some way should helpLooks good. Now I just need adjust it to her daily caloric intake. The funny thing is she would follow a diet if it's posted by someone else as opposed to me. Lol, and I been at this shit a long time. I'm going to tell her your wife's a fitness model and this is what she eats.

It's not that she doesn't trust me. she's just stuck in the mindset that men and women train diffently. That I push her too hard. If it came from a women , for some reason it would be different. Go figure!!! The fact is she's just lazy and doesn't have the same passion for training as I do.I mean, you have the body to proof you know what you're doing. Several years ago that's how my wife was. She would just get mad and tell me I was pushing her to hard. I would get mad because I was there to put in work and she was holding me back. Then last year she got motivated and was my workout partner 3-4 days a week. I had to drag her there at first. Finally I put some weight on some different exercises that she didn't think she had a chance to get a rep like squat, bench, and deads. I told her that she is more powerful than she could ever imagine and just to try it. She got all of them at least one rep. After that things changed, she believed in herself. She ended up not going for 6 months or so because her hips were bothering her. I told her injures happen and you just have to learn to work around them and learn what works for your body. She's been back going for 3 or 4 weeks now. We've only been getting there a few times a week because my work schedule has been a bit crazy but it's nice to have my workout partner back.I can't train with her. I tried. We just wind up fighting, because she says I push her too hard. She just wants to go through the motions and that's it. That's why you see people in the gym year after year wasting time. They don't push themselves hard enough.
