MJM,,,I got them when I was still attempting to BB,,,I've since abandoned those goals,,,Besides the one time I tried injecting in my quad I had a spasm where my leg shot straight out,,,My hand automatically yanked the needle out,,,Luckily I didn't break off the point,,,I decided then that quads was not my bag,,,VDC
