What are butterfly pullups?
I usually go 60-70% of max 1-2 sets (usually just one) 10 sec negative reg speed positive at the end of a Powerlifting cycle, I just go by feel a lot of years doing this lets me know how much and often I should do, usually 2-3 weeks in a row then rest for a few weeks with negatives.Hook,
That sounds like what I'm looking for. How often, how many sets/reps, what percentage of weight in relation to 1rm?

So this guy is a homosexual for engaging in a movement that you don't have a preference for. Perhaps you should check out his lifting numbers - pretty impressive across the board and his work capacity is outstanding. Why so judgemental?
