alcohol tends to kill erection for me in my history, I honestly haven't thought to revisit it again but it is possible that with all of my other pathways optimized maybe alcohol might be ok for this, probably worth a try

Alcohol depresses your nervous system...normally I would say that would be an indicator of your nervous system, yet nervousness is your issue.
Alcohol also increases estrogens in the body, as hops contains phytoestrogens, and other chemicals stop liver breakdown of estrogen.
What is your hormonal panel like?

If you want something similar to alcohol, you could try GHB which has obvious effects on libido and erections as well. Would likely be a MUCH better choice than downing some vodka.

No, in moderate doses, any GABA increase will actually increase nitric oxide levels as well. If you have EXCESSIVE GABA-ergic activity ; enough to lower dopamine....(but then you wouldn't have anxiety, just low libido, fatigue) then you may have a decrease in sex drive.
