Hello! This is my first time posting and I wonder if you would indulge me a few questions.
I am a 35 yo mother of three boys. I have worked out for the past 12 years doing all kinds of cardio and weight training, I ran the NYC marathon in 2001 and I am in pretty good shape. I weigh 130 and am 5'5. I eat well and drink a lot of water. If you saw me you would not say, "She's fat."
I have been trying, in vain, to lose 7 pounds, the last 7 after my last pregnancy. The weight seems to stay in my hips and I have developed a very unbecoming "muffin top!" My husband loves it but I think it's gross.
I read about clen and am wondering if this would work for me. Where do I buy it? What kind of schedule should I use with it?
I apologize if these questions are silly or redundant, like I said, I am new.
You all seem to be so knowledgable about these things and I was sure I could find help here.
