New and need clenbuterol advice

Hello! This is my first time posting and I wonder if you would indulge me a few questions.

I am a 35 yo mother of three boys. I have worked out for the past 12 years doing all kinds of cardio and weight training, I ran the NYC marathon in 2001 and I am in pretty good shape. I weigh 130 and am 5'5. I eat well and drink a lot of water. If you saw me you would not say, "She's fat."

I have been trying, in vain, to lose 7 pounds, the last 7 after my last pregnancy. The weight seems to stay in my hips and I have developed a very unbecoming "muffin top!" My husband loves it but I think it's gross. :-)

I read about clen and am wondering if this would work for me. Where do I buy it? What kind of schedule should I use with it?

I apologize if these questions are silly or redundant, like I said, I am new.

You all seem to be so knowledgable about these things and I was sure I could find help here.

stating the obvious.Okay,now i would reccomend a 2 week on,2 week off cycle.That would be 2 weeks of clen,then 2 weeks of ECA(ephedrine,caffeine,asprin).Clen loses its effects after about 18 days so the 2 week cycle is a good choice.First you need to assess your tolerance to clens side effects.The first 2 week cycle will find this out.Start at 20mcg a day then every couple of days increase it by 20mcg until you find it uncomftable.Then you know you are at your max.My max is about 100 to 120mcg a day.You will get shaking and feel jittery anyway but when it becomes not nice then stop increasing the dose.Stick to the dose you are happy with.Clen does not need to be cycled up and down in dosage so the next time you start your 2 week cycle you start at the max dose for the whole 2 weeks.Take all the dose in one go in the morning,believe me you will get the worst of the effects out of the way like this.If you get any chest pains then stop immediately and see your doc.You can run this 2 on,2 off cycle as long as you see fit really although if you do lose the weight try and keeep it off naturaly rather than relying on drugs.As for buying clen,don't respond to any emails you get from people offering clen as they WILL be scammers looking to rip you off.Try emailing a few of the vets who may help you out.Just look how long they have been a member and total posts etc. and you will see the well known guys.I

Hi,no what i meant was i do not live in the US so do not deal with US suppliers so cannot reccomend one for you.I only deal with International or UK suppliers.Clen should be available in the
US no problem.Also the link is not a supplier but a UK based bodybuilding forum like this one which has some excellent competition level bodybuilders who post there.

Your most welcome.Hang around the board a while and you will see who the vets are and i am sure they will help you find a US based clen source.Just don't respond to anyone offering to sell you some.Sources do not look for customers,it's the other way round.Best of luck.
 
Ag guys at top of forum has clen.And for terrorizer2 What would it matter if you ran any race 6 years ago?Steroids or any drug is not the answer.They only assist if you have other factors in order.As for clen dosage I would start at 10 mcg since your only 130 lbs Stacking with eca is a good Idea 3 weeks of each should get you your goals here is a good way to run clen.10/10/10/20/20/20/30/30/30/40/40/40/50/50/50/60/60/60

I was not trying to get into an argument mate,but this lady obviously knows a thing or two about diet and cardio as she can complete a marathon.I know for a fact i could not do that.If you know anything about clen you will find that most pharma grade clen comes in 20mcg tabs not 10mcg like that UG shit.I also stated the dose what i used not what i reccomended as you see i said to find your own tolerance.Also i do not see your reasoning behind pyramiding clen.Clen does not need pyramiding once you have established your tolerance.You can take max dose one time a day.Also what is you reasoning behind a 3 week cycle when clen is ineffective after 18 days?.Not flaming you mate but you criticise my reccomemndations and offer other ideas which do not make sense.Also i did not say to stack with ECA but to use ECA in the 2 week off clen period.If you are going to criticise me then please offer a superior alternative to the one i posted.Peace bro.

Well, it matters because it shows that I am a serious runner/cardio enthusiast. I realize that drugs are not the long term answer and I am not looking for a magic pill. I am simply looking for something to get me back to where I once was. I have no trouble maintaining my weight sans medication. However, since the birth of my third baby and turning 35 this year, my body has definately changed.

Oh, and Terrorizer2, you probably could run a marathon! It is an amazing experience. I will probably never bench 220 but I am sure you could. Right?;)

I know where you are coming from.I am 38 now and have been training since 1988 and using steroids on and off for 17 years.I find it alot harder now to get my bodyfat down to 10% or less.I usually am around 13 to 15% most of the year.You have to remember that alot of people giving advice here are young and inexperienced and think they know everything just beacause they have done a couple of steroid cycles.As for running a marathon,no chance!!.I hate running as i get pains in my shins so i do my cardio on the nordic skiing machine thingy.I must admit my bench used to be pretty good before i injured my shoulder so i can't go very heavy anymore.I think my one off max was about 170 kilos.Ahh,the good old days LOL!!.

Im new aswell.... My weight keeps yo-yoing.

jan 2010 i was 116kg
jun 2010 i was 100kg
sept 2010 i was 107kg
october 2010 i was 100kg
jan 2011 i was 107kg
august 2011 i was 116kg
sept 2011 i am 110 kg

its horrible. i go relatively thin to fat in no time, and when i try to lose the weight its impossible. if i lose it, its when im distracted and not realizing what im doing. if i eat something fatty, my body will store it.

im sick and tired of having to deal with my weight, and im becoming more and more insecure by the day.

i have never done drugs in my life. i have not even drank alchohol or smoked. i am teetotal, however i want to use a weight loss product. to help me lose ATLEAST a stone or 2....i need a quick fix, so long as its not fatal or with severe complications.

i am told about Clenbuterol, but have had different reviews. some favourable, some cautious. Can you please advise on what i can get in the uk, something legitimate, and that can help me really melt the fat.

i know some will say just to eat right and exercise more, but its the same process...its extreme and im tired of it. once its off, im sure ill do my best to keep it off. but where can i get clen in the uk? i see some websites but i dnt knw if i shud trust them or not. are there any other products besides clen that i can access easily and dont mess me up?

ANY advice would be widely appreciated.
