Hi im new to the thread ive always lurked around on these forums mostly meso decided I should sign up an share some knowledge and maybe learn a thing or two I am a competitive power lifter with alot of experience an have totaled elite in three classes an have many records under my belt so maybe I could give some advice to any one looking to put some numbers on the platform anyways I just thought id drop by and introduce myself

Has there been some sort of recent ban on the use of punctuation marks that I'm not aware of? I ran out of breath reading that. Welcome to meso.
