New cycle and nutrition

Hi, I'm new here so Hello :D

I did one cycle 16weeks only test E, now I'm off for 8 weeks and plan to start with new cycle. (i know break should be longer but i don't want to haha)

So for this one i got my hand on Tren Hex (Parabol from Raw-pharmaceuticals) and Test E also from Raw.

Since Tren Hex is packed in 1ml ampules each containing 76,5mg/mg, i would need some help with dosage. My plan was first week only 250mg test e, and then every 4 days 250mg test and this 76,5mg tren. Any recomendation on dosing?

Also i would like to loose some BF, so do I need to eat as much as I did now when i was bulking without PED, or is it enough just to hit my protein goal? Since i will be on the gear.

I am 28 years old, 177cm, 93kg

8 weeks is to short yes....so you finished your PCT just 2 weeks ago? You would have been better off switching to TRT then you would be ready again (depending on the bloodwork). You got bloodwork from now?

If Trenbolone is being used to bulk up, using as little as 200mg/week can provide amazing benefits. When it comes to recomp/cutting cycles where the goal is to lose as much fat as possible while retaining mass and a shredded look, using up to 350mg/week is feasible.

With 76.5mg Tren Hex e4d it's 133.875mg a week. With this dosage a Test Base of 200 - 500 is reasonable.

Just pin twice on the injecting day, one glute test, one glute right, or one pin with the two compounds in it.

Now my question? Are you having AI, P5P, NAC on hand? What's your bf? What's your goal?

I didn't followed your last cycle log, what was the dosage? Why tren?

Not only I do not have but i don't know what AI, P5P and NAC are unfortunatelly i'm new to this.. I only have letrozol next to test and tren. Last cycle was only test 500mg per week. Why tren? I dont know because i'm in a phase where I just don't care and want to cut a bit for the summer. Can you explain this: With 76.5mg Tren Hex e4d it's 133.875mg a week.? i don't quite understand.

P5P is basically some form of vitamin B6, which lowers your prolactin levels. Tren can increase prolactin production.

You could have looked it up on Google in two minutes…

As for the dosage calculation: E4D means 1.75 injections per week on average.

7/4 = 1.75
1.75 * 76.5 = 133.875
 
3 red flags:
1. Using tren on your second cycle.
2. Using hex instead of ace.
3. Not understanding how to dose your drugs properly. Not having any knowledge on drugs such as AI.

So basically, in my opinion you are not ready for this.

Among other things like not fully understanding nutrition and how to adjust it for your goals. Besides mental attitude like "I don't care" leads to bad things and abuse.

And no tren is no magic, if you eat too much you will not get ripped.

I would recommend buying a book or ebook (good source) about AAS and the usage first. It will really help you!

Tren is no joke when it comes to sides. Of course all the gears are not.

Okay so yes i have AI, in form of letrozol. B6 i also have, and friend recomended zync for some reason. Thanks for the info.

All the info i have was from online and 3 people i know that are using over 10 years and each one of them tells me completly different things that's why i came here to ask.. 100 people 100 opinions.

I know tren is not the best for beginers that's why i want to go with low dosages.

Hex beacause reading here on forum seems better than ace.

Nutrition is on point tho, i lost 20+kg in half a year when i was loosing weight, now i bulked up 9kg back but got some fat with it, so the only question was if keeping the protein intake is enough or do i need the extra calories as well.

read it first before you inject or swallow anything!

Here we have all the same opinion about your questions......like @lukiss96 said....

Even the question about the Zinc.....man that's really basic basic basic! Just google it! Take the time to make research first, take the money to pay these ebooks first, invest in your health!
 
I agree i got in to this head first..
but like I said most of my info is from a friend who is long time user, trusting him or trusting random people from the internet is sam shit for me so thank you for the books i will definetly check it out :D
From my last cycle i had zero side effects myb little acne on the back, but it this 8 weeks off i think i lost everything i gained during the cycle but that's where the PCT comes in which after reading the forum i won't even say what i did :p...
 
Going straight to long estered tren on your 2nd cycle, asking those kinds of basic questions is a recipe for disaster. Even low dose tren can cause very unpleasant sides.

Not knowing what an AI is, and therefore how to handle prolactin sides If you get them with tren, means you should probably save the tren for a future cycle when you're more informed.

You can cut on just test. Just run 500 test/week in a calorie deficit and you'll lose weight. 500 test is more than enough to preserve muscle assuming you're hitting your protein goal and not in some crazy calorie deficit

No need to immediately jump into the deep end of the pool (with tren) when you're still learning how to swim, metaphorically speaking

yea.. i see better not... i was looking forward to it tho :confused:

i wont even do solo test then since like i said i lost almost all gains from the last cylce...
Think about what did you do wrong that you lost gains from your cycle. Write it down, it's better to think like that. There must be a problem somewhere. Most likely it will all come down to your diet, training and lifestyle. See what adjustments need to be made. Do a blood work and see where you at. How is your current routine? Muscle memory is a powerful tool some people forget or don't know.

I'd suggest give yourself a good 3 months of hard work in the gym and fix your diet. Then come back and think about doing your second cycle properly. Possibly Testosterone again or maybe throw in some anavar mid cycle. Just don't lose your grip, you have to keep on pushing after your cycle.

I know what i did, after the end i went 7 days snowboarding so 0 lifting and the diet was pure shit plus alcohol, then i met a girl and next 3 weeks all cardio if you know what i mean gym with barely 3x a week... so all that plus shitty pct no wonder i lost all..since it's ilegal here i didnt get any blood done whatsoever so...all together pure shit

Well you answered it honestly, even on steroids you would most likely lose some on that regime. So not really surprising. We all slip, life happens. Nobody is perfect. Just sometimes you have to pick yourself up and kick your own ass. Muscle memory is amazing thing.
