New cycle

Started my cycle on 4/6/2017
I am 31yrs old
5'6" 168lbs
13% bf
Going with karlskoga labs 250 test e and 300 deca. I will be pinning 1 cc test e and .4 cc deca every Thursday night and Monday morning. I will be taking arimidex 1mg every three days (bc my capsules come in 1mg) I have letro, aromasin, and caber on hand for sides. I have been taking 25mg of dbol for two weeks now. Will stop at four) I take milk thistle and cod liver oil pills daily. As for needles, I went with 24g 1inch and pin in the glutes. 18g to draw. My diet has been consistent with 3000 calories a day (macros pretty close). Seeing as today is the 11th, my first two pins are in the books. Both went smooth and pip was minimal. None initially at first but after 12 hrs it was a little sore, Def nothing major. It hasn't even been a week so no reports on effectiveness yet, but I will keep it posted and logged. Any advice or questions would be greatly appreciated.

Hey when you use 18g to draw, doesn't it break off a chunk of rubber into your vial? When I draw with a 24g I see small parts of the rubber from the vial get mixed into the oil. I always have to put the needle back in and draw up the rubber to make sure my oil is rubber free.

How much carbs and fat are you consuming? I'm only asking because you are about the same stats as me. I also take in 3000 calories a day

I have a hard time eating. It's most of the reason I threw in the deca. Hear it's good for appetite, as well as joint pain. I'm looking to bulk, 15-20lbs hopefully. When my appetite goes up I need to shoot for 300/300/70 but right now it's hard to consume that much protein. I drink two protein shakes a day to help
 
What are you eating to have a 3000 calorie diet with only 200 carbs and 70g fat?

I'm at 300 carbs, 115g fat, 180 protein, and 3000 calories

And as far as the 18g and 24g needles, I don't think I could have made a better decision. I don't get chunks of rubber. If any complaint from anyone it may be that you have to push slow. But it's not extremely slow. I feel it's just the right speed going in. Doesn't let it shoot in too fast If you're not steady. Personally I like it. But I've seen everyone has their own opinion and preference.

Make sure you check your vials under the light. Those rubber chunks are real tiny. It would be a real shame to pin foreign objects into your body. Might get infection.

I always check my vials after I draw and almost every time I see a small piece of rubber. Almost like a piece of skin floating inside.

Breakfast
3 eggs, oatmeal, toast and turkey bacon

Lunch:
Rice burrito steak bowl (similar to chipotle)

Dinner: half chicken, rice and beans

2300 calories
194g carb
174g protein
71.5g fat

add half of my mass shake before bed I can get 620 calories, 100g carbs, 37g protein, and 10g fat. But it's hard to drink sometimes. So I guess when I make the 3000 I'm at 300g carbs. And thanks for the rubber advice. I will check asap.

I eat 7 meals a day. Every 2-3hr. If I don't eat in 3 hrs I get super hungry.

With work it's hard for me. I'm always busy. I know you're suppose to but I just can't. You are doing it right. Wish I could get on that schedule. We should see how it compares bc I bet you get better results like that.

I make 3 sandwiches. Which makes it easy to grab and eat while working. I do construction.
 
Whole wheat? If that puts your macros there i may do that. What are you running? If ya don't mind

So 2 slice with 2 tbsp extra crunchy peanut butter

2 slice with 3.5oz salmon and 2 tea spoon grey poupon mustard

3 slice 4oz slamon with 2 tea spoon grey poupon mustard.

That's is 3 meals out of 7 right there. Quick and easy.

Just hard for me to eat is all. I'm always moving. I don't have a big appetite. I force myself to eat. I don't understand what is odd about that? I'm not a big guy. 5'7 is stretching it.
 
your a 31 year old lineman that is 168? You cant eat more then 2500 cals which I do in my sleep. I think somehtine is odd here.
The dbol has helped me gain a little. But appetite is still not there. I've gained 5 or 6 pounds in the last two weeks. Any suggestions to help with the appetite?

ooooo lol. I didnt think of that....Smoothies are amazing.

Chobani yogurt 2 servings, 6 tbsppn peanut butter(3servings)I somteins do more, coconut milk and choise of fruit....80 grams protein.

Special K cereal, with fairlife milke. I eat 100 g of protein through this every day.

So those two already have me at 180 g of protein.

Then I do 60 g protein shake....240

Then a good dinner. 300 protein.

Also thats around 300 carbs with 2 gatorades thrown in there. And 60-80 g fats from milk and peanut butter. I also eat a good lunch but then that would be extra protein and carbs which is fine by me. I have been working full time too. I am busy also. I got to gym 5 days a week. And have 3 outpatient meetings a week.f I take off from gym monday and sunday.

Also its around 3500 cals.
