New cycle

ooooo lol. I didnt think of that....Smoothies are amazing.

Chobani yogurt 2 servings, 6 tbsppn peanut butter(3servings)I somteins do more, coconut milk and choise of fruit....80 grams protein.

Special K cereal, with fairlife milke. I eat 100 g of protein through this every day.

So those two already have me at 180 g of protein.

Then I do 60 g protein shake....240

Then a good dinner. 300 protein.

Also thats around 300 carbs with 2 gatorades thrown in there. And 60-80 g fats from milk and peanut butter. I also eat a good lunch but then that would be extra protein and carbs which is fine by me. I have been working full time too. I am busy also. I got to gym 5 days a week. And have 3 outpatient meetings a week.f I take off from gym monday and sunday.

Also its around 3500 cals.
Thanks for the advice and structure. I'll definitely be incorporating it into my meal planning.
