Hi,
Introducing myself here...
hoping there are other women out there who can share their expertise.
Been lifting for the last year and training for figure bodybuilding competition.
5'6" 140lbs and bodyfat just went from 12% (pre-comp) to about 19% now that I can eat again
so far an all natural competitor but the competition prep really got me down...lost a lot of muscle and my body has not adjusted well in the aftermath.
I keep a clean diet and lift heavy...I also like to do cardio (runner) but have quit with the colder weather and hamstring injury....
So anyway, I'm glad to be here!
