New Guy Intro

Hello all, I'm new to posting but have read this forum for a good while and have gained much from the knowledge shared.
My background:

Age:40
Sex: Male
Years Lifting: 27
Weight: 220
Height: 6'
Body Fat: Unknown, size 33 pant slight 4 pack ab's visible (slightly)
Lifts: Bench: 405lb (srm), Squat: 495 (double), Deadlift: 405lb (6-8 reps)
Goals: I am looking to gain lean mass but with solid increases in strength. I'm thinking of getting into Strongman or Highland Games type of events.

Welcome. Strongman is where I'm heading too, although in the light heavy range probably. I've trained PL for years and have always included strongman events in my program.
