New guy looking for help on my first cycle.

Hi all! I am looking on advice on what i should take sense its my first ever cycle? Tell me what to all to get and my dose. Also where to buy sense i am in Canada. All the help and advice would be great. I need mentor with help threw my stages. thx ttyl
 
I am 5/10 weight is 162, age is 35, bf not sure maybe 25 percent, my tummy has bit fat around it. My diet is quite clean. I do slip every now then specially with the holidays we had. I eat 2 thousand callories a day. lots protein turkey, chicken, steak, beef. salmon. eat all carbs, veggies, lots of eggs. I lift weight and use my bowflex 5 days week. Not much cardio i do but i ordered bowflex treadclimber and be here soon. I have lifted in my home gym for about 3 years now. There isnt any gym where i am unless i drive 2 hours to one. I had lifted weight longer, about another 3 years , but i lost all the ambition going threw court nasty divorce and nasty shoulder injury that required surgery and on my rotator cuff of all things, delt with physiotherapy for few months. But im back and more ready then ever. sorry for to much info tho. For suppliments all i have used is alot garbage and empty person pocket on what it will do for ya but it doesnt. I am using right now is. Whey protein, 2 types of creatine 1 is purple.k kre-alkalyn, other one is monohydrate body fortress, take 6 star testosterone booster,omega-3 fish oil,centrum multivitamin and deer antler velvet extract. So i hope you can come up with the first cycle for me and the proper dosage. ttyl

how much of this forum have you read???

check out freezers first cycle... its a sticky.

after you read that bring some specific questions.

aside from that... before you start cycling... I would recommend lowering your BF% if it is truly 25%.

Eat 300+ grams of protein and do 30-60min of cardio a day for 6 months.. Invest in a pair of power block (or whatever they're called) dumbells and a bench, nobody is getting big on a bowflex.. I can't even imagine what your routine is on that thing 5 days a week..

Your body isn't ready for gear, just my opinion.

Also forgot to mention that my bowflex i use for warm ups. But use it for my abs only. Where is this sticky that freezers first cycle at thx?
 
I read the forums for 2 months every day before even thinking of pinning.

So my advice is Read bunches and know the questions to ask.
Stick around, grab a seat, relax. And throw that bowfelx off a cliff :p

Hey guy, first cycle we always recommend test only, 1 to see how you react to the one compound, and 2 you don't need to take a bunch of shit to gain on a 1st cycle.

15 % bf isn't horrible btw. But realize that you will definitely gain some weight/fat if you start eating a ton, which is easy to do on cycle.

so test e or cyp at 250 a week would be a good starting point imo.
keep it simple, keep it safe.
And for fucks sake throw that bowflex down Niagara Falls
 
azazui What is e or cyp? Also where do i purchase it sense i am in Canada? 250 a week is it pill or needle? Also sold the bowflex and buying bigger weight bench and hell of lot more weights!!!!

In my humble opinion, I am on my first cycle, you probably need a bit more research on these compounds. Test E and C are long ester compounds and are considered androgenic anabolic steroids. They bind to certain receptors in your nervous system to elicit responses from your endocrine system, specifically playing on your anterior pituitary and the adrenal cortex. Educate yourself on these compounds well enough that you can recite, from memory, a vast amount of knowledge pertaining to powerful compounds you are considering injecting into your body.
Again you can choose not to listen to me because I am new around here but I think you have some reading to do. :)
