Hey all! Thanks for the warm welcome. Great site here, I wouldn't have imagined there would be so much info on cycles. I'm 35, 6'2" tall 205 lbs. I've been lifting religiously and eating my weight in everything for 7 years now and finally have come to a plateau in my gains and mass. As a first time user I was hoping to get some insight on a good cycle for a guy in my position. I'd like to get up to 230 eventually. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
