Whats up folks - new here obviously and am looking for some advice.
Im a 23 yo male and have dabbled in the past recreationally - running a half ass cycle of deca when I was 17, a lil tren that I went into terribly unprepared, leaving me with a bit of gyno.
Been lifting naturally for 5 yrs now - Currently 180 at 5'9", with pretty decent lbm. Problem is, my genetic predisposition leaves me with a built upper body and shit for legs - though I hit them hard 1-2 weekly. I know my metabolism would be exponentially better if i can get some mass down there - not to mention my calves are about a 4 out of 10
Anyways, Im looking to start a cycle this spring - was thinking just test e, but I rlly need guidance as my knowledge in this area is quite sub par. Any advice will be greatly appreciated!
