I've made the decision to hop on gear, will my T levels go back to normal once I come off cycle numero uno? & I'm 21 195 lbs 6ft a little bulky right now.. should I cut first? is anavar a better option? I want to do one cycle for now, more later down the road but I want to go about this safe. Before signing up I was reading around and it seems like you guys really look out for each other from making sure scams dont fall through the cracks etc. So I signed up lol to get this knowledge and understanding

Also sides, its not guaranteed that sides will happen but from your guys experience did you go through some of that shit? balding, voice drop, hair growth etc etc

You need to do a lot of reading by the sounds of things. You're not nearly ready for this journey going by the questions you're asking. No one is going to spoon feed you here. There are many threads to choose from. Search, read, search, read, search, read. I'm not being a prick. If you want to be safe and do it right it will take time and much reading before you sift through enough information. There are plenty of cycle logs posted by first timers. Start there. And make sure you have a good post cycle plan. Every bit as important as the cycle itself.
Good luck.

Melly is right there's a lot of info on this site. All the questions you asked are in here. I'm not as experienced as most of these guys but you should get your pre mid and post blood work done as well. Pct is absolutely important

I'm 21, I've been working out for around 4 years, more seriously in the past 2. What do you mean by the thumb question? Lol

What I regret most about my 20-year lifting career is starting juice too early. I had plenty of growth in me naturally. It took me 6-7 years to be able to work out normally after my first cycle. It sucked.

On this forum son you won't alway find peers who answer your questions, but you will find dozens of members who have learnt every lesson there is. And we share those lessons.

Right now you should be focusing on getting more natty years, polishing technique, learning nutrition, experimenting with different programs to find the 'you' in you.

If you get bored waiting the years it takes before you are ready to juice, you can always measure your thumbs to establish if they are perceived long or short. 8-)

I've done the research, I know what pct I'm going to take AI all that and I'm going to read a shitload more before I inject this stuff into my body but before I even take it a little further I just want to know if I could pull this off safely at my age of 21, I heard it could fuck up your endocrine system if not done correctly, I just wanted some advice from what people have seen or experienced

I've seen people juice in high school and they ended up ok, what did you do wrong that it took you 6-7 years to workout normally again?

Even done "properly" I'm using that word loosely here, you can still fuck up your endocrine system. 195 at 6 foot and your saying your bulky... I'm gonna tell you that you don't have 170lb of lbm cause then you'd be 12.5% BF and that wouldn't be considered bulky. You aren't ready for this and that's coming from someone who is also young and made the mistakes.

Also openly asking for a source isn't the best idear either and not like there would even be many people that could help you here with that cause most people are from MERICA. Be smart bud dial in your diet and figure out how to train properly, don't say you've got those dialed because you wouldn't have the stats you have if you did.

Alright I don't know my stats well but I know how to lift I know how to diet, i've done it 500 below maintenance when I'm cutting 500 above when bulking. Monday Chest , Tuesday back/traps/ bis, wednesday shoulders/ tris , thursday rest, friday legs & abs. I do know how to train I'm not just jumping out the wood works tryna hop on roids. I found a source but all I need to know whats the worst that can happen given I follow all the protocol? What would waiting a few years do for me I wanna be big while I'm young. A Test E only cycle, I've heard mixed reviews on if you should use an AI during or not I'm still looking into that but I'm gonna keep it on deck just in case. And a pct ofc

Cool story bro you do the typical bro split and are achieving the typical bro split results.
I am much more experienced then you and have dedicated a lot of time to this spending hours a day researching and reading books, I am learning new shit every fricken day, tweaking programs, adjusting diet plans and I don't even come remotely close to knowing 1/10th of what there is to know. So you saying you know how to lift and diet and getting defensive about is stupid. We were all young and all started out but the fastest way for you to progress is to never refuse advice and always be willing to learn. You've closed the gates from me by telling me you know it all already.

What's the worst that's going to happen if ou follow the right protocol? Well acne, limp dick, high BP, tendon and joint issues, complete shutdown, TRT for life, depression, mood swings, gyno, absess and a shit ton of other possibilities. Are any of them for sure, absolutely not but don't tell yourself your that miracle case that won't get sides.

What will waiting do? Well it'll give you the years it takes to actually learn more about how to properly train and diet, it'll give you the time to figure out how to understand what works and doesn't work for your body. It'll let your endocrine system fully develope. It'll give you the time to build up a solid base so when you come back you can give real stats that are accurate instead of guestamations like "bulky".

You want to take a risk but you want assurances of safety at the same time?

Either accept the risk or don't. If you have to be so certain you will be 100% okay then maybe making a decision like this isn't for you.

Your list of possible side effects did make me laugh a little though. Who gives a fuck about voice drop or hairloss. I'm in my twenties and my blood pressure runs as high as 160/80. Never really drops lower than 145 / 70. I'll take the 'hair loss' and 'voice deepening' any fucking day lmao.

Man up and accept a risk that can absolutely have negative consequences for you, don't expect anyone to give you an assurance of safety where there is no such thing. If that scares you then don't bother, seriously.

Btw, your age wasn't even a consideration in my response to you. It applies to anyone who needs reassurance where there can't be one given in good conscience.

From what I've read Your young enough to still make some major gains with the right program and diet without any gear. Roger is right about the sides. Some people get them all. Some people get none. And some people don't recover even with a good planned pct. Just look up pct on this site there's lots of guys that have had major problems. There is risk in this. Everyone's body is different. I'm 34 and just did my first cycle. So I cant judge you. Again I'm not as experienced as most of the guys here. Good luck.

Don't give a shit about those sides was just curious to know how other peoples own general experiences went "Man up and take the risk" yeah no shit it's obviously a risk but wouldn't you want to be most prepared before taking that risk? I know these questions are basic I'm still studying up,new world I'm getting into, gonna be as prepared and knowledgable as possible before I start sticking needles up my ass. trust

Here is a good question to ask yourself once you aware yourself of any possible side effects or consequences. If 'x' side effect happens to you (high bp, failed to restore hpta, changes in health markers, just to name a few for example) despite preparing for it, will it still be worthwhile, and is that something you are okay with? Ask and answer introspectively as you research.

You are much more experienced than me no doubt, and I wasn't getting defensive man I'm sorry you feel that way I'm just trying to educate myself, thanks for the insight.
