Hello everyone,
Finally decided it was about time to join a solid board and learn about and take part in the AAS community.

Looking very forward to being here!

O+

No allergies

Maybe I should say a bit more about myself.

I'm 24, 6ft 190 lbs

I've been lifting on and off since I was 17 but I've been physically active -hockey, and martial arts- since I was 10. I've been lifting seriously (actually putting thought and planning behind my nutrition and workouts) for about 2 years now. Bf is around 16-17% and going down (since getting serious)

I'm currently doing some research for my eventual first cycle which i'm pretty sure I want to be test e, and anavar. I'm also kind of curious about throwing tren in the mix but because of some of the stories behind it I'm not so sure now...

Long ester test for your first one is all you need, adex, an oral if you want but not neccassary.

What systems do you study?

Do you think an 8 week cycle is reasonable for a first one?

I wanted to avoid dbol because of the bloating, and at one point I considered an anavar only cycle but the overwhelming response to that was that it's next to useless compared to the gains I could get by using test as a base

And System? If you mean which martial art, I've been practicing Kyokushin Karate then some boxing in college..

you look pretty thick for 6ft 190, good base. Don't do an oral only cycle. What's your diet and training look like and what do you hope to accomplish with a cycle?

I'm not familiar with that style, are you a competitor? It seems most karate is geared towards point based competition sparring.

Kyokushin is the only offensive style of karate that I know of -maybe shotokan too- but most karate's teach the fighter to be on the defensive.
Yeah most Karate competitions are based like that, but Kyokushin also loves full contact bouts -minus punches to the face, kick all you want though-

As for training I workout 6 days a week dedicating each day to a different muscle group, and sometimes -if my body isn't too tired- I'll train the same group twice in a week. Workouts are usually an hour and a half and I don't rest more than 3 minutes in between exercises.

Diet isn't the absolute best it can be.. But it's alright, I like to go by feel. -edit: but I've put more thought into that "feel" for nutrition - I don't drink aside from the odd cold one every other week, but I absolutely cannot be seperated from sweet ol Mary, -we got something special :D
