I just realized that ive been posting questions but never even introduced myself. Im 25 years old been lifting since about 16. Im just recovering from a torn radial nerve some its kinda like a fresh start since i havent been in the gym in a good 8 or 9 months. Anyhow I eat heavy and take this stuff seriously and im hoping to get back into the flow of it all now that i can lift again. I appreciate all the advice and help ive recieved here and that the information availible to me here. It was an easy choice to choose this forum thanks again
