Hello all. I'm new to this been using resources from here to help out my natty abilities but after 9 years of lifting, about 5 with actual structure and training program and diet, I feel its time to step into the world of AAS.
27 year old male, 5 foot 7 inches 220 lbs 14-16 % body fat.
Ive decided to try my first cycle to push through my plateau and make additional gains.
I already have as follows: Dbol 2500mg worth and winny 2500mg worth a bunch of nolva and clomid, Test enth 10ml 250mg/ml 5x viles. Ive heard that 8 week cycles are more effective and helps you avoid getting shut down so im pretty sure im going to start as follows:
week 1-8
500mg per week via pin 2x
week 4-8
30mg dianabol per day
followed by
50mg clomid and 20mg nolva per day 3-4 weeks starting first 1 week after last pin.
also taking milk thistle week 4-8 and during pct since my pct is oral.
Any suggestions would be nice ive done alot of research i know what to be aware of but its the part of picking which AAS and stacks to use that i find difficult so any advice would be appreciated.
