Male, 38yrs old
6' tall 185lbs
Don't know bf% but always been lean. Might get a DEXA scan at some point to find out.
Never used steroids but always been interested. Training since I was a kid but never for bodybuilding and always for athletic performance. Anyway, happy to be here.
