So... i decided to make my first thread here.
I wathcing a lot of articles a couple of months now but this is my first thread.
I am 31 years old i practicing around 6 years
83 kilos 1.85cm
I never did a cycle but i 'll thinking very serious to start one
so... any suggestions or thoughts are welcome.

Welcome bro. Give us your stats, training history, diet and goals.
My english is basic. What kind of stats do you want?
I practice 6 years with weights mostly .. 5 days the week. Maybe sometimes olympic weights ana sometimes crossfit.
General i eat clean 4-5 times the day .. it depends with my job..
My goals is to increased my power and my mass.and to decreased my body fat. My body fat is around to 17,18%.
I never had an experience with cycles.. that's all .. is me. :)
