Hi there! I'm new here. I was a professional athlete for 15 years (tennis) but am now just in to staying healthy and active. I'm female, 58 years old with 2 grown children. I've always been pretty in to supplements and good nutrition. I've had a lot of injuries and a fair number of surgeries over the years as well For about 2 years or so now I've been exploring peptides with some great results regarding past injuries and I'm looking forward to learning from the vast knowledge I assume this forum contains. I've been in a gym everyday since I was probably 10 years old, but as my life has changed, gym routines have followed suit. I'm heavier on the lifting side now, less cardio for sure.
