Good afternoon everybody!

Long time lurker here so I'll give a little on myself. I'm 30 years old and have minimal experience using AAS. I've completed 2 test only cycles (test e/tes p) within the past 5 years. I've been training for a while (since the days of high school football) after high school I joined the military. I've been serious about since I was about 20 years old however due to the high deployment Rate... my diet was always off (all infantry guys know what I'm talking about). I've utilized this site for many advice throughout the years and finally realized I should start giving back to the community that fed me. Hopefully I don't get to much backlash for it however Thank you guys so much and I'm glad to finally apart of this community!

Age: 30
Ht/wt: 5'6/178lbs
Bench: 305 ( 6 reps)
Squat: 375 (8reps)
Deadlift: 395 (4 reps
 
Welcome bro. Why would you expect backlash?
2 cycles of test only is a good start. What did you get from your cycles?

What's your goals?
 
Backlash for not joining sooner and helping out the community!

My last cycle I ran test e and finished with test p for the last few weeks. After pct, I maintained about a solid 10lbs (real numbers here). My goals may be different then some. Military guys understand height/weight issues. But mainly to increase aesthetics and staying strong.
 
Solid number that, enjoy. I have a few family members in the UK military and on the wife's side. It's a tough lifestyle.
