Hello,
I am newly registered to this forum but I have been following it and a few other sites on and off for some years.
I've been lifting for 15 years.
32 years old
5'11"
200lbs
~16-18% bf (This is probably the fattest I get, I fluctuate from around 10% to where I am now on almost a yearly basis)
I think I plateaued in strength and muscle tone about 8 years ago to be honest. I have consistently lifted from that point but I have been up and down in strength and leanness multiple times since then as I have shifted my workout intensity.
I am about to do my first cycle. I have an idea of what to expect, but I do not have any real hard goals except that I'd like to cut down a bit while on cycle and keep at least 15lbs of solid muscle following PCT. I plan to have a pretty strict high protein / lower carb diet.
Here is what I am going to use.
Sustanon ~500 mg per week (2 injections per week) - Weeks 1-12
D-Bol 30 mg per day (10 mg 3x per day) - Weeks 1-6
Anastrozole 0.25 mg per day (subject to change depending on sides) - Weeks 1-12
PCT with Novaldex.
Week 15-16 40 mg per day
Week 16-17 20 mg per day
Week 18 10 mg per day
I lift 4 days per week and play ice hockey (intense cardio) twice per week. I may cut down the d-bol to 10-20 mg on hockey days if I am having excessive pumps. On lifting days I usually do between 10-30 minutes of cardio before hitting the weights, depending on how I feel. I know it is recommended to do cardio afterwards or reduce it...but I love how I feel with cardio beforehand and have become set on this routine.
I've been hitting legs pretty lightly, only because I don't want to have sore legs impacting my ability to play hockey. I'll probably up the intensity if I heal quicker on cycle.
