Hello Everyone. I'm a new member to MesoRX but I've dabbled in a lot of natty+ compounds before. I'm hoping to start my first real cycle coming up in the spring, I have a lot to learn from the wealth of knowledge here.

I've been lifting for about 5 years now, currently sitting at 5'10 168lbs, likely 13-15% body fat. I'm hoping to lean out a solid bit more, closer to 10%, before hopping on.
 
I’d recommend the opposite of you cutting but actually eating and trying to put on some muscle naturally. 5-10 you should aim to hit at least 180 as a natty before hopping on any gear.

Thanks for the consideration. I've thought about going into a surplus too but it's almost summer time and I'm too vain not to have that summer shred lol.

Bro if your not “shredded” at the weight your at now no point in cutting more and looking like a starving child in a third world country at God knows what weight you need to be in order to be “shredded”. Chicks don’t dig the starving child look

I am fairly shredded at this weight right now, I have some ab and shoulder veins, it's just that my quads and glutes hold onto the majority of my fat, hence the ~13% bf. My upper body could be mistaken for 10-11%. I'm not too worried about "looking" leaner right now, I just want the optimal hormonal conditions for when I do hop on, ie not too much fat for aromatization or dulled insulin sensitivity.

Haha certainly not contest prep ready, just wanting to loose a little more fluff around the quads and glutes is all. The ab vascularity is definitely a genetic thing as well, I was still able to see them while at ~16-17%.

I was 245lbs and strong before I hopped on gear. I weighed as much as you do now in the beginning of the 9th grade. You need to take a hard look at your training and food intake before you do any gear. You get bigger from food. Gear helps yes but food does the heavy lifting of building muscle and strength. Too many ignorant people on these forums think gear is how you get big. Look at all the retards running gear who look like they don’t even lift.

I don't think I could personally look good at 200+ lean 5'10 haha. I also weighed more than I do now in the 9th grade but I was 20%+ body fat. What are your stats like now post PEDs?

You don’t hop on to get bigger. Learn how to eat and train properly. I’m a woman who has an unflexed 6 pack, quad separation, shoulder striations, and bicep veins at 5’8 and 165lbs. You’re not even built like a girl who doesn’t use gear. :oops:

This is 100% a child. They are the only ones who keep dieting down to rail thin so they can show off their abs and neglected legs that only show muscle when they’re starved. They all think they’re 10%, but never post legs and are really more like 15. I regret going down the dark hole of TikTok and seeing how much it’s taken over.

Posting a pic of their TikTok idol. The comments under this all clamoring about his “fire physique” and how lean he is. Kid has since bulked and is working on off’ing himself with bad ped use.

I'm not sure who that's supposed to be but I'm not interested in getting leaner for whatever TikTok validation. I just don't wanna waste my first cycle being 20% body fat when there are tangible benefits to holding less fat when using PEDs.

I'm not sure what your personal stats have to do with anything, I have all that and more, it doesn't mean I'm not aware of my fat distribution in my lower body.

You’re the one who said that you have extra fat on your lower body, which means no, you don’t have all that and more.

Dude is a popular influencer, def not one to follow as he’s a teen who’s giving himself heart failure. He’s gotten big though, so yay. Go google ‘Sean Collins bodybuilding.’ He’s 22 now, but started lifting around 15 and was on stage at 18 or 19. He placed natty at 19 and has continued to compete.

Look at these guys, same height as you, and guy with more muscle is 170, but started at 168. The softer guy is 155, all he did was diet down. The other had enough body fat he just recomp’d. The point is you can’t build something from nothing.

Newbie gains can be significant and it’s a shame to waste using AAS, especially when you’re in hormonal peak. If you want to look good, you have to eat to build and dial in your training.
