Hello!
I’ve been poking around here for a bit, and I want to introduce myself formally. I’ve been lifting for about three years, doing all sort of experimenting, reading articles and randomly experimenting with supplements and training at random. I feel like I’m finally starting to see some results using fish oil and Animal M-Pak before my workout (almost always in the am) and later in the day I’ll do the Animal Pak. Chris Gethin’s Muscle Building Trainer on bodybuilding.com is the last routine I’ve been doing, but it gets a little frustrating because some workouts are almost two hours long, but it’s getting me some good results.
I’m not sure what stats you need. I really want to build muscle. I like seeing me grow, and, someday, I think it would be fun to get into competition shape and try competing. But, for now, I want to build. I don’t have any weights or measurements. I can try later. I’m 37 years old, and 5’7”. As you can tell from my pictures, I have a fair amount of fat on me. That’s definitely a concern, too. But my priority right now is to build muscle.
My wife and I are trying for a baby, so a steroid cycle right now isn’t really an option, but I am open to experimenting in the future.
Anyways, thoughts on finding a plan? How do you go from casual experimenter to full on bodybuilder? How do you find a coach on a limited budget?
