Was encouraged by another long time member to sign up. So here goes.
I've been into peptides for quite a while now while AAS really haven't interested me much as it did in my younger days.
So for a while cardio (mainly running and biking) has been my go too for exercise while doing a full body workout 2 times a week. Now having cut back on the running part and increased my workout to 3-4 full body a week as I find that working out brings a new motivation and goals for me to achieve.
What do I look to "get out of Meso?" - Learnings. Mainly. I've always prioritized personal development and learning new skills/subjects in my professional as well as my personal life.
Ohh.. and as for expectations... Always set the bar low so you wont get disappointed!
