Hey buddy, good job with the weight loss. Keep at it. I have to agree with @Eman though, your BF% is way off. I'm near 24-27%, and relatively average looking aside from my belly. At 11%, you'd be shredded. I'd honestly put you at 32-35% bf.

Don't let that be a negative, though, just keep working your ass off.

I don't know why I thought he was right, I should've known better! I'll get on it asap, is there a way to measure without clamps?

From Tampa Florida, anybody in the state say something! I travel alot!!

I went from a fat boy to fit boy in a couple years ... from 330lbs just fat no muscle ... to losing 115lbs totally weight loss to date, sitting comfortably at 215lbs now , only going down!
I am very active on top of bodybuilding I've also trained combat sports boxing , jiu-jitsu, muy Thai for 6 years.
I am a huge road cyclist (gotta get the cardio how YOU like) -I don't like tread Mills haha
I'm now down to 17% Bodyfat but my goal now is to be able to do a show January 2018!
So now that I have a good platform to build up and I'm at a age where I see I could make great use of gear, I'm 26 almost 27 ...
When I was 18 I did a Oral cycle and I just couldn't wait to be over as it was so harsh on my liver even with full on cycle support so I walked away from that aspect of things and trained naturally till last year I did 2 test e cycles at 400mg/ew with great gains...

Unfortunately I've since relocated and in the process losing my connection to my gear as he moved to another state at the same time!

So i have yet to roll the dice on any of these online sites as it seems it's hit or miss ,so I figured I'll keep doing what I've been doing going naturally until I can find it locally or a reliable recommendation...

No I'm not a complete newbie I know my way around, source boards ,reviews ,lab test ,compound testing , but still haven't "seen the green light" on anything ,

Hoping to gain more knowledge, information, contacts, experiences,reviews ,logs, and MOST IMPORTANTLY.....

Btw WTF is a clamps? And how does it measure your BF?
 
The reason I wanted to see pics is because most think they're lower bf% than they are. To be perfectly honest with you, do not cycle till you're closer to 15-20% bf. Lower is even better in my eyes. These are my transformation pics. This was all done with no drugs! Get yourself a good base then pin away...!

2 year transformation! From 280-195. This was Natty! Done a few cycles now
 
By the way, I dropped 75lbs in 3 months. Diet, cardio and circuit training! I was scared to lift real weights. Little guys were pushing 2x more weight than me! That turned around real quick once I got skinny. I got skinny fat and was like fuck this I wanna be yoked!!!
 
But don't put the cart before the horse! Lose the weight and build after I think if I wouldn't have had the dramatic weight loss I would've quit! I always thought I should've just turned the fat to muscle but it doesn't work like that. You have to get your metabolism burning first with low body fat then build your temple!

I have to agree with @Seven Dog also tho about the face pics, think about the subject matter you are discussing here. weight : 217lbs
Body fat@ 22.9%
BMI @33.8%

I'll put the picture with it, i used the omron device , how accurate are these or is there a better way?

So needless to say, you guys are pretty damn close just by my pictures, which gives me a lot of confidence that I found a great place to gain more knowledge and Advice!

Thank you all for the warm welcome, a very optimistic and positive person, while still being as realistic and rational as possible ...
Now that I have actual numbers and will be doing measurements everywhere to document my exact sizes and progress!
I take it all for what it is ,
happy to have the motivation to better myself and eventually be where I want too be .... BEAST MODE like some of you swole motherf#%*#÷= here! Haha
But , seriously ....

no matter what, and whatever it takes , I'll endure,suffer,sweat and scream cuss and bust my ass all my way all the way there!

Those electro-impedance readers are based on water content. If you have sweaty hands, dry hands, how much water you've consumed, etc. What matters is that you do it the same time every day, under the same scenarios, the same amount of water, etc. They may not be accurate in themselves, but if you are consistent in the conditions, then they'll accurately show you a change.
 
Those little gadgets are okay. I'm not sure what the +/- are on one though. Just try not to get caught up in the whole bf thing.
I think the caliper method is closer, if you get someone to do it that knows how to do it... Those handhelds can be way off. I've had them tell me 25% then another reading and it's 12%.

They make a big fucking deal if you ask to use it. Lol I use it anyway, it had me at 16 about a week ago.

@DieselDaltron2020 what I meant by not getting caught up in the whole bf thing is just keep working hard and go by the mirror and what people say that haven't seen you in awhile...for now.

30-10 weight loss uses these as well! Must work okay.

And I agree how you look in the mirror and watching belts get to big for you Is key! I obsessed about losing the weight so much I actually wrote my weight and goals on paper over and over. I'm a believer that you know it will happen, it will happen, period!
