Hi all,

I've been reading several forums for a month now. I liked Meso the best. Seems like a tight, no bullshit group with a ton of knowledge. So here I am.

Anyways, about me
Age-35
Weight-183
Height-5'11
Body Fat-18%

I started lifting regular in college. Loved it. Went from 155 lbs to 170. Got caught up in life and stopped. I started lifting again about two years ago. Had to quit when I moved. Looking to get back in the gym.

I enjoy lifting for size and strength. I d like to get my body fat down and add some lean mass.

I travel a lot so I usually only get three days in a real gym. The rest is hotel gyms. I usually try to focus arms and core when I m out of town.
Makes eating difficult as well.
 
I have went stretches with only 2-3 workouts a week. Traveling makes it hard, but have realist expectations, and keep your cycles simple. You will make some nice gains.

I've if I could make good gains. Do I need longer workouts while I can work? Like 2 hours?? Most of my workouts are around an 1 hour and 20 minutes....
