Joined meso to acquire knowledge about nutrition, training and AAS. Been training for the last 4 years 5 days a week. At first I just went to the gym because I was bored. When I first stepped into the gym at 5'8" 135lbs I felt tiny and very skinny compared to the other guys there, not to mention my strenght was almost non-existent. The first year went by and changes in my physique were minimum as I was a little bit ignorant and didn't quite pay attention to my macros, nor planned ahead a training schedule that was covenient for muscle growth. Three years ago I started tracking my macros and i started seing progress, it was slow but it was there. About two years ago a friend of my introduced me to AAS. I was 19 at that moment (i know many will criticize the decision of using gear at a young age). Being foolish I did not gather much information about AAS and started my first cycle with Sustanon 250 at 250mg a week for 12 weeks. At this low dose my body responded really well, i went from 145 to 158. Since I am a full time college student sometimes meeting my macros and not exceeding seem like a real challenge. I spent most of my day away from home which means that most of the time the food I consumed was fast food or not nutrient rich meals. I think this really halted my progress after that first cycle.
A year later I decided to begin my second cycle, which consited of Sustanon 250 at 300mg a week for 12 weeks and Dbol at 30mg ed for 4 weeks. This second cycle did wonders for me as I went up 20lbs and ended my cycle at 178lbs with a lean look. I then started being more selective with my meals.
Two months ago I decided I was not satisfied with my mass so I began my third cycle which was Test E at 500mg a week for 10 weeks and Dbol at 40mg for 4 weeks.
Although it may not have been a smart decision to start using gear before I fully reached my maximum genetical potential, I recognize that AAS made me have commitment, motivation and passion for lifting. I've known many friends and perils who once they end a cycle they just flat out dont return to the gym until they decide to begin another cycle and therefore wasting all of the effort and money they put into it. In my case I know feel like is part of my daily life. I cannot skip a day on the gym because i feel incomplete at the end of the day. I do not rule out the possibility of competing in Amateur Bodybuilding in a not so distant future, but for now my main goals are to focus on my academic and professional career while maintaining a well shaped physique.
Some of my stats
21yrs old
5'9"
188lbs
Bench: 235 6RM
Squat: 285 6RM
Deadlift: 335 6RM
(I know my numbers are low but my mayor goal is for my looks and not my strenght. Although I look foward to increase these numbers)

Anyway Meso has always been my go to source of info and knowledge and im happy to be a member.
